After a moment Lia gets a call, she looks at the call log, the name “Aura” pops up. She answers the phone. “Hey Lia, I'm almost there. I still need to head to my office before the meeting. Please get my elevator ready to go from the lobby to my office floor. After I get my files from my office, let the business partners head to the meeting room or just keep distracting them,” Aura says on the phone. “Got it, I brought them to the lounge so they can pass the time here. We have it under control for now,” Lia says as she looks at the others. “Okay good, I'm like 4 minutes away. Get everything ready,” Aura says with a stern voice. “Got it,” Lia says as she hangs up the phone. “Look after them while I get Boss nim alright?” Lia says as the other nods. Lia heads down to the lobby. Once she gets to the Lobby she sees Aura entering. Lia runs to Aura to greet her, “hello Ms.Lee, they are upstairs in the lounge,” Lia says. “That's fine, let's just get to my office and start the meeting as soon as possible as we are already late,” Aura says as she enters the elevator with Lia. “Yes of course,” Lia says as she presses the button. The elevator doors close and head to the 55th floor. Once the door opens, Aura gets off the elevator with Lia following her. Once Aura opens her office door, her heart skips a beat. “Oh sorry Aura let me just..Sir you can't be in this office. I’m going to need you to leave,” Lia said while walking in the room. “It's fine Lia, just wait outside until I come out. Also the meeting will be postponed for a while. Tell the others to inform the people who will be in the meeting,” Aura says while still looking at the mysterious man. “Umm right..okay I will. Sorry about that. I’ll inform them right away,” Lia says while leaving and closing the door. After Lia closes the door, she stands by the window that can show the room. Lia sees Aura walking up to her desk putting her things down. “Lia there's a guy from the other company saying he can't find his boss, please help,” Kai said to Lia with a man behind him. “Oh Max, do you know where he may have headed to?” Lia asked Max. “I actually don't know…wait there he is,” Max says as he points to the window of the office. Lia’s eyes bolded wide open. “He is your boss!” Max looks at her and nods. “Oh okay, well my boss has told me to close the door and to inform the others that the meeting will be postponed. Kai please inform everyone about the postponed meeting while me and Max wait for the bosses to finish their talk,” Lia says while looking at Kai. “Alright, will do,” Kai said as he left. “What have you been up to, butterfly,” the mysterious guy said. “Haru, it's been so long, and that's the first thing you ask me,” Aura says as she looks for the important files. “Well I mean yeahhhhh,” Haru says as he is sitting in Aura’s desk chair. “Of course and to answer your question, no it hasn't been going well,” Aura says following with a huge sigh. “Why do you say that, elaborate,” Haru said while spinning in the chair. “Anddd there you go teasing me on words I have used on you in the past. Well first of all, I'm overworking myself. I have a lot on myself and I know it's what is expected as I am a CEO but on top of that I finally get off of work early to go see my significant other that I usually never see as we have different working schedules. I get home and just come to a heartbreak discovery as I see my own boyfriend at the time cheating on me. And of course like myself I was going to break down but I'm older now and I won't be pushed around by anyone so I stood up for myself and played it cool. I kicked him out of that house for a day and I packed all my things. I barely got any sleep and still was packing things til mid noon time. After that I had to move to my new place and try to find my important things and still try to get to the meeting on time. Nevermind almost getting into a huge traffic jam before getting to the office. I have just been so stressed out and I can't even find this damn file. It's making me so annoyed and uuuhhhhh,” Aura says with full frustration. “Hey calm down little butterfly, you just need some rest and you wouldn't be ms.grumpy all the time just like the old days,” Haru sayed as he bent down to Aura’s eye level and picked out a file from the pile. “Is this the one you're looking for, little butterfly,” Haru says with a calm expression. This made Aura stay silent. “See this is why you can never be left alone. You go all over the place and cant be controlled,” Haru says as he stands straight up. “Well..umm…thanks,” Aura says as her expression starts to calm down. “No problem although I do think we still have a meeting to start as everyone is waiting for us,” Haru says, keeping his sweet and calm expression. “Yes you're right we should head out,” Aura says as she grabs all the files and her cup. Aura and Haru head out the office with Lia and Max following right behind them. “Lia, can you please refill my cup and then meet me in the meeting room,” Aura says, giving a halt to her walk. “Yes right away Ms.Lee,” Lia says as she grabs the cup and leaves. Aura heads straight to the meeting room after the small conversation. When Aura heads into the meeting room, she sees a lot of people. She comes to her seat and gestures her hand for Haru to sit in the seat next to her. Everyone gave a bow afterwards. “You all can sit down now,” Aura says, gesturing everyone to sit. After that Lia came in with Aura’s drink. Lia left the cup on the table and sat at her seat. After that, Aura sat as well as the meeting has just begun. In a different part of the city, a couple had returned to a house that looked more empty than before. The man walked through the whole house to feel emptiness in his whole body. Once the young man went into one of the rooms, he noticed a note and grabbed it. The note said:
“Hello Blake, I can never tell you the things that are on this paper out loud as I would just break down. I would like to thank you for all the high hopes you gave me and the happy days even if it was fake feelings you had. I liked the heartbeat that I used to hear when I would lay on your chest. It felt warm and comfortable but everything is not as it seems. I just wonder why you never brought it up. You should have brought it up when you wanted to go with the other lady but I know what the real reason was. You liked the fact that I have money and I would financially support you. All you truly wanted was my money and you didn't care about me at all. At the same time I would like to confess something. During our relationship I always thought of this old friend I had and how different he treated me compared to you. He was someone I could never be with even if the universe tried to bring us together again and at times I thought how it would be if me and him were together. I wondered where your rotting ass would be and I had no shame in thinking the way I did. I was always wondering why I felt no shame but seeing what I found yesterday, I finally know. Even so, I hope the best for you and hopefully the clock that is ticking for your time starts to break and come to a stop. Also yesterday would be the last encounter me and you ever have in our entire life. Save yourself before you miss out on the world and its cruelty.”
Blake starts to break down as the letter is overwhelming him with emotions. The thing he so called wanted to “Treasure” disappeared overnight and he can never get it back. This would be the last both Aura and Blake hear from each other and it was the last of the relationship they had been in. “The meeting is over, thank you for joining us on this day and we will keep each other posted,” Aura says with a small smile on her face. “Could never say no to you little butterfly,” Haru says as he smiles at Aura. The rest of the staff was just observing as if to say, do they know each other? “Everyone in my crew, you may all head home except for Max, you stay,” Haru says as his crew bows and leaves. “Same for me you may all take your leave home except for Lia,” Aura says as her crew bows and leaves. “Hey little butterfly, you should totally take the offer of coming to eat dinner with me and Max, Lia you could also join if you would like,” Haru says as he looks at Aura. Aura turns to Lia and questions her with face expressions. Lia nodded and Aura turned her head to face Haru. “I will happily, this once, accept your offer for eating dinner with you and Max and Lia will join us,” Aura says while gathering her things. “Then let's head out beautiful flower,” Haru says as he starts to head out the meeting room with Max. Lia looks at Aura and sees that she is flustered over the comment that was just addressed to her. “Lets go Lia and don't utter a word,” Aura says as she heads out the meeting room with Lia following her. Aura missed the nicknames Haru would give her during their High School years. It brought back memories that filled her with warmth. A short period of time had passed as all four had arrived at the restaurant. Once they enter the restaurant, they get seated into the VIP section. “Get whatever you want, little butterfly,” Haru says to Aura. “Hey, what about us? Haru you can't have favorites like that,” Max said as he complained. “Fine, fine you two may also get whatever you desire in the menu,” Haru says as he rather not hear the complaining. Music plays in the background as it deepens the mood of the customers in the restaurant. Lia and Max are chatting while Haru is checking something on his phone. Haru looks up and sees Aura looking outside. He was fascinated by her beauty. How mostly everything about her has changed since High School. He missed her chubby cheeks as he had many names for her. “Hey bear, where are your chubby cheeks, I want to see them again,” Haru says as he sees her head turn to him. “W-what?” Aura says with a surprised face. “I can repeat it, if you'd like,” Haru says, smiling at Aura. “No, I heard you the first time, it was just unexpected. Plus I outgrew it, it can't just return to my face,” Aura says to Haru. “It will come back, watch. I will make it possible,” Haru says with high hopes. “Apart from your statement just now, why do you want them back?” Aura questioned Haru. Haru didn't waste any time answering the question. “Well I miss the old you and the memories we made. I wanted to see you again and I guess the universe fulfilled my wishes and your name did as well,” Haru said looking directly into Aura's eyes. “Wait, you still remember!” Aura exclaimed. “Of course I do. I can never forget that your name means fate and destiny. Even your name brought you towards me again. What does my name mean?” Haru said, questioning Aura. “It means spring of course, I could never forget about that,” Aura said replying to Haru’s question. “Okay then spring is going to be the most important time of your life. This old picture resembles to the girl I ended up being in love with,” Haru says as he shows Aura an old picture of her when they were in High School. “Okay then let's make a bet, chicken,” Aura says while giving a death glare to Haru. “I would never let a bet go down as everything is an opportunity, games on my little butterfly.” This isn't the end of anyone's story, it's only the beginning of an important part in anyone's life.
Until the next time lovely koalas, bye-bye
