''So when i faced them something in my mind told me that they were hunters, it was a raw feeling that you feel it in your bones and your soul, even your werewolf feel it, but i can't back off i had to fight, i was the Alpha, my duty was to protect my pack and i was failing; They noticed me, looked at each other and three ran away, two of them pounced on me with an incredible speed that I didn't know it could exist i nearly saw them coming, i couldn't do anything against the ones that ran away but i could against the creatures that were trying to kill me, one of them was carrying a spear and the other one was carrying a dagger, looking quickly if none of the weapons seemed to have silver but none of them have, between our struggle they managed to cut my face near my snout, i was getting tired of them and with one of my claws I try to cut the tail of the one with the dagger but I quickly realized that his tail was a weapon itself and I must be careful, with my strength I push them and I manage to get them off, 

'are you getting nervous, mut? ahaha if not, then you should' one of the fuckers said to me while they were circling me, at the background i could hear the chaos in the village, the moment my attention was diverted the infernal creature with the spear attacked me while the other one moved at superspeed to stab me in the back, i quickly shift into a human and seeing their expressions they didn't expect it, so i grabbed the spear and kicked the creature in the stomach and send it towards the barn then i aimed the tip of the spear at the head of the other infernal creature and managed to pierce it, making him disappear in a black smoke not before screaming, the owner of the spear smiled and told me 'not bad for a mut' while sticking out a piece of wood from his thigh and it didn't bleed it seems like he can regenerate himself like us and that intrigues me because how they can regenerate without shifting? what the hell it's going on? who are they? now that he's injured i must seize the opportunity to see where's his weak spot, i try to concentrate just in my fight because i can't do anything to help my pack right now so i have to finish this quickly, moving stealthily around him i wonder if it would be better to attack him in my wolf form or not, he pat the dust from his shoulders and thighs and using his superspeed he stab me in my shoulder with the piece of wood he had before, regardless of the pain i give him a punch in the jaw and he fell down even with the piece of wood stuck in my shoulder I kick him in the stomach and before he recovers seeing that I can't inflict any damage it comes to me throwing him into the fire, he was still on the ground when i grab him by the tail and one leg and throw him into the burning house behind me, leaving the hunter for dead and with no time to waste, taking out the piece of wood from my shoulder i shift and started to run, i wasn't far from town but it seemed like an eternity to reach it, when i arrived everything was in complete chaos as i could hear it all the way, there were bodies of the pack members lying everywhere, body parts scattered on the dirt roads and everything was illuminated by the burning houses, it was a total nightmare;

''I go quickly in search of the first house and see that there is nothing left of it, going quickly to the next one i saw a fight between an infernal creature and a wolf, taking a wooden stick and approaching quickly to his back i stab him in the back causing him to scream and vanish, the wolf immediately fell to the ground unconcious i move near him to check his vitals and it's breathing, slowly, but breathing so i carry him to the near woods and quickly scan the near houses, it seems that he was the only survivor from that block; As I run to the next one i can smell burning wood, blood and sulfur, i stop in my tracks because i saw several fights going on at once and the infernal creatures were there causing all the conmotion, I run towards the next block I stop dry because I see some fighting going on simultaneously, I go with the first one I see since they are two against one they had him lying on the ground with cuts all over his body for a moment I thought he was dead but I could hear his breathing and heart beating, searching on the ground for some weapons that can be useful and with them I managed to finish them off because they vanish through a black mist, i went to Nate's house quickly and (...)''

I can't tell her what i found, not even Nate remembered the whole story,the moment it's forever carved in my soul and my oath to them of taking care of Nate will never dissapeared, when i get there his parents were inside the house fighting with four of those creatures, they were surrounded and a very injured Clarisse was protecting what was left of Oswald's dismembered body, at the moment i was about to go in to help them but i saw Nate on the grass lying in front of the house fainted covered in blood and i went cold, when i knelt in front of him to check if he was still alive I noticed that the blood was not his but Oswald's, he surely died while trying to protect him, and Nate has probably passed out from the stress of the situation, he had cuts all over his body but at least none serious, first i made sure to get him safe behind the trees that surrounded their land as soon as i finish i ran to help Clarisse but when I arrived at the porch of the house she only shouted at me with a face covered in tears to 'take care of Nate' while she threw directly to the creatures an oil lamp to fuel the fire, they died inside the house.

''What happened daddy? what you had found?'' Lisa was curious to know but i wasn't sure to tell her about it

''Well, i found Nate's parents (...) emm darling, i'm not sure to talk about it (...)''

''why? because it's about Nate's parents?

''No, (...) Maybe (...) i lost my friends in that night, without knowing about Amanda's dead, we were friends with them you know? Nate and Jaden parents were part of the new pack, i have a new vision and wanted to make it happen so i welcomed every werewolve shifter that need any kind of help; the first outsiders were Clarisse, Oswald and a baby Nate they were running from a shitty Alpha from the west and by some miracle, they found us on their way so we welcomed them and I am sure they felt at ease with us since the beginning even if every interaction for the first few months between the pack and them were a little bit tense but as time went on they became comfortable with the pack; then Jonathan and Ingwë were welcomed, Jaden parents blend with the pack very quickly, Jaden was still a kid by then, he was very serious for his age ahahah he's still a good boy, but one day out of the blue they disappeared, all the pack was concerned about that until one rainy day they appeared from the woods as if nothing had happened, we were curious about the disappearance but without asking too many questions, they came to our house the day they appeared and told us that they had been poisoned; they said that they will leave their children with the pack and that we should protect them from Ingwë's family, all of that was very mysterious but we accepted plus they came with a cute pair of twins in their arms, apparently they had conceived before returning to the pack lands so (...)''

''Are you telling me that they weren't killed by the infernal creatures?'' said a very surprised Lisa

''Yes, they weren't killed by them as i said before it was different, because that night outside their house was another shifter, a black panther and as soon as he saw me, he ran away; I ran to the house as fast as I could and saw them lying in a pool of blood, Ingwë on top of Jonathan, i reached for them and still can feel Ingwë slow breathing, taking her hand i know she felt my presence because she barely manage to tell me to please take care of the boys and to cover my eyes, i was about to ask her what she meant when suddenly all I could see was a glow that lit up the whole house.''
