You might be wondering "Why is Akahiko using -sama instead of -kun?" Akahiko only refers to Ryuu with -kun (says when mocking/joking with him) or no honorifics when he's speaking privately. When in the presence of Ryuu's family (in this case, his father), Akahiko addresses Ryuu as "Ryuu-sama". He also refers to Ryuu's father as "shisho"/master or teacher. Finally Ryuu uses the -ue honorific to address his father since they are a very traditional family.
Ryuu and his clan are one of the many magic users hired by the government to get rid of Ayakashi, creatures which lurk in the depths of night. Unknown to the world, Ryuu exterminates these monsters without mercy and without fail. Welcome to the Night of Drizzling Rain.
