2. As per above reference, the matters regarding the double agent and the Poppy Contract have been settled. The report is as follows:

a. Waterlily the Nun aka Liliana was a traitor. Hired the Assassin who killed the Governor of Dimmertown.

d. The three were in collusion with the Empire.

e. Poppy Contract subdued by traitors. Genetically mutated poppies and alpha version opium supplied to Empire.

f. Traitors terminated.
