Sometimes when an ignorant teacher thinks they are helping, they are actually making things worse. Remembering moments like this make me want to curl into a little ball like a child because they make me feel so useless.

<3 I am sorry that you also had to go through that experience. I often envy the support that kids of today have. With things like tiktok bringing neurodivergents of all ages together. I'm glad you are doing better now and hope that you get the chance to find joy in art again some day.
