Percy on the other hand, was still standing at the same spot he had since Enzo held onto him when he entered the kitchen. He was still a bit tired.
And as if to justify it, a big yawn escaped his mouth. He placed the back of his hand to try and cover it up a bit.
It didn't go unnoticed though. Enzo chuckled. "Why won't you go back to sleep" he offered, taking a sip of his coffee.
"Who do you think you are to tell me what to do?" The boy asked in a flirty tone.
Enzo couldn't stop himself from licking his lips, aroused. He knew the boy was aware at what he was doing to him. And that only made his arousal more intense.
Their stare off was ceased when a man, presumably in his early thirties, rushed inside the kitchen.
"Alpha! I.." he stopped speaking once he noticed the disheveled young man standing to his right.
Percy gave him a short wave together with a sided toothy smile. Nothing flirty, just friendly.
The man waved back, mirroring the smile, before turning to the man. "Doesn't matter, I'll talk to you later." He smirked, giving the alpha's arm a fist bump, before turning around and walking out the door.
The young man couldn't hold himself back, his voice full of surprise when he spoke.
"Alpha?!? As in, the Alpha of a pack?!"
"You're right. Why you act like it's new to you though?" He couldn't help but ask. "Where's your alpha?"
For a second there, Percy thought the man was joking. But then he realized he was serious. "I've got no alpha. I've been a lone wolf since, forever."
"A rogue?"
Percy gave him a glare-ish look before scoffing, slightly rolling his eyes.
"Pff... no. As an alpha, you supposed to know the differences between the two. I never had a pack, I was always a lone wolf with no pack. Hell, I didn't even know there -was- such a thing as actual packs. I always thought they were only.... stories. Ya know..."
"Mhm.." Enzo hummed thoughtfully. When he seemed to make up his mind, he placed his unfinished glass of coffee and shoved himself off the table, making his way to the younger man.
"Let me show you they are not just stories" he whispered into his ear.
"Mhmm... I'd love to, Alpha."
He didn't look back after that, and maybe it was for his own good that he didn't see the burning eyes of the alpha, burning with desire like tomorrow never even happened.
