The next day, I was lying on my bed, my arms crossed under my head, staring at the ceiling, waiting for my clock to tell me when to wake up. Hearing it, I sigh deeply and rush to my closet, grabbing in my clothes for the day, putting them on.
As always, I hurry. I’m never on the last second, but this time, I wanted to make it that fast. I wanted to see Jules break up with her.... For me. And I want to see that, of course I do...He does that for me.
For me...It sounds so special...Sounds like music to my ears, someone does something FOR ME!
Squealing in silence, I step onto the bus, staring out of the window, tapping my foot on the harsh bus ground.

Walking through the school hallways, I had two words stuck in my mind. Jules. Breakup. I’m trying to hide my excitement, but I look like those six-year-old gals when they got a new Barbie for Christmas. Some people are just glancing at me with confusion and disdain, but I don’t care.
Today, all matters are Jules. And me. Maybe that’s going to break Ann-Marie's reputation and just blow mine! Well, to be honest, I don’t really care about my reputation, but I just got annoyed of those stares at me all day long.
Not noticing we’re I’m walking, I feel a huge chest bumping into me...Please don’t be Ann-Marie, please don’t!
Obviously, it wasn’t her, but JULES!!!
Oh my god oh my god oh my god! It’s him!
- Hey Jules! I call out to him as I step away from him, not wanting to keep my head in his chest
- Hi Nora! So, you ready to see the situation? He asks with a cheeky grin, his blue eyes sparkling suggestively
- Of course I am silly! I replicate as he gently grabs my hand, leading me to Ann-Marie
I step a little behind him, so Ann-Marie doesn’t notice me.
- Ann-Marie...scowls Jules, his expression darkening
- Oh, hey Jules! You wanted to make me a goodbye gift? She asks with a teasing grin, her red hair curling around her finger
Jules pauses for a second, smirking slightly, running a hand through his hair.
- You’re kind of close to that, Ann-Marie....
Confused, she narrows her eyes and crosses her arms over her chest, waiting for an explanation.
- I want to break up. He states firmly, his gaze being cold and unchangeable
Behind him, I’m hiding my excitement, feeling happier at every second. Suddenly, Ann-Marie keeps her poker face and walks up to him, stopping at his ear to whisper:
- Whatever you say, jerk-head, but you don’t want to make me your enemy...
She notices me behind him and laughs evilly, then slaps me, mumbling to herself in a deep voice:
- Twinkle twinkle little bitch, hate your guts they make me sick. But later, your little Jules won't be here to save ya...
