Heavy rain blurred Kit’s vision as he sat atop the roof of a derelict bus in a vacant lot of Thailand, straining to catch a glimpse of the foggy moon through the gusty wind.
Kit’s black bangs stuck on his forehead, college uniform drenched.
As Kit’s claws pierced his palms, he didn't regret leaving his empty home while his parents were working overnight.
But this time, he wasn't alone.
Bell, a transferred student that’s supposedly a beta had been among their clan a month, unexpectedly passed through the area tonight.
Bell’s bangs mullet dry under the clear umbrella alongside his school collar uniform.
Black glasses a bit foggy to glimpse of his lime green eyes well.
Kit’s nose unconsciously took in this beta’s unnatural soft aroma being alone, no other beta in their school had.
“Kit, is that really you out here?" Bell called out in confusion, gripping his clear umbrella.
Bell effortlessly leaped onto the bus roof, joining Kit who wished for solitude.
Kit’s draco lizard instincts took over, and all rational thoughts vanished.
The swift hungry lunge caught Bell off guard as he dodged swiftly but his torso sliced opened with three huge territory claw marks.
Blood covered Bell’s hands as he gnawed his teeth with enormous pain.
Kit licked blood off his own hand in satisfaction as he watched his beta prey tried to make a run for it.
It excited Kit’s core to catch his moving prey.
Glasses fell off bus roof as Bell got pulled off the ledge and roughly shoved down on bus roof surface.
The fight was at Kit’s eardrum went unheard as Kit’s dry mouth savored each side of Bell’s neck of sweetest blood he ever tasted.
Kit’s mouth suddenly gasped for air as his prey bloody hands weekly pushed his stained vest, which made Kit look down at Bell’s torso covered with territory markings.
In that moment, Kit’s omega instincts kicked in with a sudden dread of what he just done to his classmate.
The bite marks on Bell’s neck seemed as unintentional as the territorial imprint forced on.
It was an accident, I didn't mean to. Kit’s brain rolled coaster every excuse to mentally comfort himself.
Hands grasped to his shoulders before Kit realized the weak beta used up his strength for last ditch throw before he escaped.
Kit lay flat on the broken bus roof, letting the storm envelop him as he struggled to make sense of what had just happened.
His hybrid genes had lost control on someone.——————————————————————————
The next morning, Kit contemplated skipping school but decided it would only worsen his predicament.
Last night, he managed to wash off some of Bell’s blood from his vest but Kit couldnt get rid of his soft scent on his hands and face.
Kit’s head cin his classroom seat, avoiding conversations with his pack members who had undoubtedly caught a whiff of their classmate on him.
Det, one of the clan members, tried to greet him, but Kit couldn't bring himself to say a word.
Kit stared in horror at Bell entered the room wearing a scarf and glasses, his expression vacant.
Kit covered his mouth, wishing they hadn't made eye contact. Regardless, he couldn't help but watch as Bell hesitated to sit through an entire class with him.
“You smell weird today." Det whispered in Kit’s ear.
Bell excused himself to the restroom, which made Kit quietly sneak out of his seat.
