In the school library, Kit hid behind a stack of books as he took a peek at this scentless farang pretending to be distracted.
Kit’s fingers traced the spine of his book as he recalled last night. Bell’s sleeping instincts relaxed into his curious touches, unaware.
Just tell Bell what you're feeling, I doubt he’ll get mad over that. Fon’s advice lingered.
Kit wiped the sweat off his hands on his pants before he left his safe spot to enter Bell who abruptly stood up to not show his backside.
Kit’s mouth was about to move until he took notice of a silver chain on Bell's neck that left huge burn marks.
Kit stared in disbelief at his shoes as his trembling hands slowly unbuttoned his own shirt. I really wanted to chat today, not push him away further.
“T-this isn't healthy, you don't even know me." Bell tried to defuse the situation. His voice delighted Kit after a week of silence.
Kit gave him a weird look. Seeing that he had not run out of here.
“This is public!” Bell whispered a shout as he backed away.
Kit’s mouth felt suddenly hot behind his mask as his shirt-covered hands got ahold of Bell’s burning chain.
Bell’s backside pressed onto the books, almost knocking the bookcase over.
Kit struggled to remove his fighting fingers away from the chain until he used his teeth.
The broken chain fell onto the floor.
Kit gasped in burnt pain.
