"You damn devil! I'll kill you and carve your heart out." yelled Lux.
Ferdinand slowly floated down. "Death is inevitable. Even if these people survived the crash, they would die from disease, accidents, or old age in the future."
"Everyone has to die, but they should die by the hand of Mother Nature and when their time has come, not from being murdered by you!"
"What is the difference between me and Mother Nature? Killing is a way of nature; otherwise, the prey wouldn't have died by the hands of the predator."
"No, killing isn't the way of nature; hunting is. They kill to survive, not for fun."
"I'm also killing to survive."
"Nonsense! You kill them because you wanted to. Because you enjoyed it. You just use Mother Nature to justify your dirty actions."
"You may be right. But that still doesn't change the fact that every life has to die in the end. So, what is the difference if they die a little bit earlier in a slightly fancier way?"
"You're insane."
"Just found out. When will you and your sibling understand?! No matter what you do, Arteon will come to an end! You cannot stop the cycle! No one can!"
"Yes, but I can stop you."
"You guardians of Arteon are nothing but idiots. Cups full of water! No matter how hard I try, you'll never accept the truth and realize that your actions are meaningless. Killing you would be easier than changing your mind, am I right?!" Ferdinand created a red crystal sword and pointed it at Lux.
"You're absolutely right."
"I'll kill every Guardian of Arteon, every Vanderer, and everyone else who dares to stand in my way, starting with you. And when all the enemies of the Ender have been eliminated, no one will stop the Annihilation!"
"You'll pay for everything you've done." Lux adopted a sword stance.
Ferdinand landed on the ground and assumed a sword stance. "And you will die for your pointless dream. I'll pay for my actions, but you have to come and get it!"
