The class began their march towards the docks, each and everyone of them feared the repercussions of failing the test. In the lead walked William, guiding the students with Sara in the back, making sure they are protected from any kind of danger.
After walking for about an hour, traversing through dark alleyways, populated streets, and down spiraling stairs, they final reached the island's underground docks made to transport people to and from the island, but it also worked as a great way to smuggle in illegal contraband under the watchful eye of the law.
"According to the generous tip I got from one of the dealers, their base should be a storage hanger J10." William said.
The hangers were sorted in columns of numbers going from one to ten, and rows of letters. From the entrance that the class took, they were right in front of column two.
William, Sara, and the class quietly walked down to column ten, before then quickly moving towards J10.
Eventually, the group stopped at a big hangar, originally painted a shade of marine blue, but with time, one can see how the structure had begun to rust and how the sloppy paint job had started to wither away. it had two black hanger doors closed shut with the words "J10" written on it, with white spray paint.
"This is the base of operations for the ones distributing Angel eyes?" Amelia asked.
"Probably not the base of operations but one of the main distributors of Angel eyes gets its materials from here as well as sends it out from here. At least that is what my generous tip giver said." William explained.
"So let’s see if I have to break another finger on that poor man or if he was telling the truth." William said nonchalantly.
Hearing this, the students gave William some weird looks.
"Jäger." William spoke as he used one of his title abilities.
In Williams mind, he focused on locating any trace of Angel eye, remembering how the pills looked like from some bottles that Daniel had shown him. In his mind, William formed a map of the area around him, and with his ability, he was able to locate copious amounts of the angel eye drug stored away inside the storage hanger.
"Looks like this is the right place." William said.
"Now, students, the test will officially begin. From this moment on, you will be free to proceed however you wish. If you wish to do it on your own or form teams, I don’t care. Everything from here on out will be up to you." William began.
"Neither me nor Sara will step in unless I deem it to be too dangerous that you couldn’t handle it. And I will now also tell you how you pass. The test will be set up to see how you will act in a real situation like this one. I have with me talismans that form a near indestructible barrier around you, if one is placed on it, it shows that you have failed the test. Thus, no longer being a part of class 45." William explained.
"You will have two hours to infiltrate and stop the distributors. When the time is up, those of you who have not been marked with a talisman will have passed. One last thing, remember that this is real life. Your actions will have consequences, and people will get hurt, maybe even worse. IS that clear?" William continued.
the class gave a silent nod.
"Then let’s begin." William said before gesturing the class towards the hanger.
William unpacked a small foldable beach chair from a bag Sara was carrying and placed it down next to Sara before sitting down.
The class stood still for a solid minute. Unsure what to do and how to act. Should they march in loud and start blasting or maybe sneak in? Some looked towards other students to either see what they were planning or hoping to form teams.
However, the silence quickly got interrupted with Jimmy and Amelia walking up to the door.
Oozing with confidence, Jimmy knocked on the hanger door, his fists creating a powerful bang with each knock. As they did, the other students started to panic, not ready for this sudden action.
"[The eyes of her majesty]" Amelia said casting her personal ability.
Amelia's eyes glowed with a faint hue of yellow.
Suddenly, the old hanger door slammed up to show a tiered disheveled man, with what looked like oil stains on his buttoned-up shirt.
"You lost or something kid?" the man asked in a strong cockney accent.
As the man opened the door, Amelia took her chance and stepped in front of Jimmy. Her eyes focused on the tiered man. As she did, the man looked back. At first, he thought nothing of it, but gradually, he noticed he couldn’t stop staring at her glowing eyes. Eventually, he felt her gaze pierce through him, like he was not just looking at his eyes, but his soul, mind, feelings, heart, everything.
"Oi, stop that," the man said, as he felt fear crawl through his body with every second that she stared into him.
"S-stop looking at me."
"Grovel." Amelia spoke.
As if he was commanded by God, the man’s body moved on its own groveling on the ground.
"The hell?" the man spoke.
"Speak. Where do you store Angel eyes." Amelia commanded.
"Like I would-" the man began, but then he felt his mouth betray him as it began to move on its own as it started to talk on its own.
"In the blue containers labeled flammable. Hidden under the barrels of petroleum." the man unwillingly spoke.
"Good..."
"Now kill yo-" Amelia began, a wicked smile formed on her lips.
However, before she could finish her sentence, Jimmy tapped her on the shoulder before shaking his head.
"Yeah right." Amelia said, clearing her throat.
"Knock yourself unconscious." Amelia said.
"What?" The man said, but before he knew it, his arms moved on his own.
His arms held against his throat and within ten seconds the man was knocked out.
Amelia's eyes stopped glowing before looking back to Jimmy.
"You’re next." Amelia said.
With a sigh, Jimmy placed his hand on the knocked-out man and his other hand on his chest.
"[Replica: print new 7]" Jimmy said activating his personal ability.
As his ability activated, Jimmy started to glow, and his appearance now looked more similar to the man knocked out.
After that, the two of them casually walked in, with Amelia acting like Jimmy's captive.
The rest of the students in a panic scattered around the hanger, some sneaked around the back, some sneaked in through the now open gate, and some in the thrill of the moment rushed in ready to fight. Which consequently caused the other students hoping to sneak in to be noticed.
Eventually, groups of men and women all dressed in black suits that had a small red hand print embroidered on the suit's right shoulder ran out to the hangar's open space to see what the commotion was.
Before anyone could get a word in, a barrage of spells are fired against the suited men and women.
"Well, that went smoothly." William said.
"I mean for most of them it's probably their first time doing something like this." Sara said.
"Fair." William said, as he began to take out one of his cigarettes.
"Ew, you still smoke that stuff. You know that it's basically closer to be coal and gunpowder than nicotine, right?" Sara told William, disgusted by his chosen cigarette brand.”
"Yeah, I know but... fuck off. Besides, I don’t pester you about your choice of wine." William bickered.
"Says the man who drinks poison for liquor." Sara muttered.
"Jägermeister is delicious and you know it!" William yelled back.
Meanwhile, back to the ongoing brawl inside the hangar.
As what once could have been a coordinated attack against the smugglers has instead developed into a mess. Spells of stressed and panicked students shot out in almost every direction. Hitting both their targets and their allies. Whilst some of the students have adapted to the situation and are slowly trying to turn the situation into their favor.
As the situation had escalated, almost half of the class had already failed the test and sat ashamed inside their protective domes.
As Amelia and Jimmy scrapped their first plan, the run over to a nearby Nadia and a semi-panicking Hector.
"Oh shit, oh God!" Hector exclaimed trying to figure out what to do.
"You two cover us!" Jimmy yelled as they ran up to them.
"Eh what? I-I can’t..." Hector began.
"Just cover us!" Jimmy repeated.
"No, I don’t think I am the best option-" Hector began before getting slapped by Jimmy.
"Focus Hector!" Jimmy shouted.
Hector stood dumbfounded over what just happened for a couple seconds, but he quickly regained himself and realized that this wasn’t a place where he could doubt himself.
Hector gave Jimmy a nod before following them.
The four of them ran up towards one of the containers that the man from before had described. In their way, however, stood some more suited gang members.
The suited members wielded bats and batons. As the members noticed them coming, they muttered something, and their weapons became clad in fire or lightning. They started their barrage with five of them running straight towards the group and three others staying at the back preparing themselves to cast some ranged spells.
"Blind them!" Amelia commanded Hector and Nadia.
Hector and Nadia run up ahead and point towards the smugglers.
"Lux!" they shouted simultaneously.
In front of them, there was now a great ball of light. Causing the rushing smugglers to halt their movements and cover their eyes.
Meanwhile, Amelia ran up towards the stunned smugglers.
"[The eyes of her majesty]" Amelia activated her personal ability a second time.
As the light dimmed down, Amelia had the eight smugglers in her sight.
"Halt!" she commanded.
The smuggler's body stopped moving.
"Drop your weapons." Amelia commanded.
The smugglers' bodies betrayed their minds, and they dropped their weapons. Then Jimmy rushes past Hector and Nadia, he uses Amelia's back as a steppingstone and he jumps up high in the air.
"Witness." Amelia commanded, and the smugglers turned their Gazes towards Jimmy up in the air.
"[Replica: print 2]" Jimmy said, activating his personal ability.
From Jimmies hands, a yellow aura grew out, and in each hand, Jimmy now held AK 47s. Jimmy then rained down rubber bullets down on the smugglers. Letting out a manic laugh as he did.
As the bullets rained down, the smugglers' bodies became bruised and broken as they fell to the ground.
As the four got to the container, they hurriedly opened the container and found the petroleum barrels. Just like the man said, under them, there where kilos on kilos of pills.
"Bingo." Amelia said.
"Now what?" Nadia asked.
"Drench them," Jimmy said.
The group looked towards him confused.
"Spill out the Petroleum in the barrels in them, and then when we do the same in the other containers and just burn them up." Jimmy explained nonchalantly.
"What about the other hangers? Wont they be caught in the fire?" Nadia asked worried.
"Not our problem, besides, I have a feeling that our oh so reliable teacher over there will handle it if it happens." Jimmy explains.
"I guess you’re right." Hector said.
With that, the group emptied out the petroleum barrels on the drugs before quickly leaving to the next. As they ran, they decided to spread the plan with their comrades, which meant that they had to let everyone in the hanger know.
"Oi! Class 45! We got a plan, we team up and cover each other. Spill the barrels and burn the drugs!" Amelia shouted.
With that, Hector spun around and aimed his hand towards the container.
"Fuego!"
From his hand, a bolt of fire spat out and hit the container, causing the Petroleum and drugs to catch fire.
"Have you gone mad!" Ophelia screamed from besides the now burning container.
"Just do it!" Jimmy shouted.
Thus, the class started to quickly form groups and rush towards the containers with now even more suited men and women guarding them.
"A rough start, but it seems to go in their favor." Sara said.
"Yeah..." William muttered, clearly cautious of something.
"Oh god, are you still mad I insulted your liquor?" Sara asked.
"No." William said.
William then pointed towards a silhouette looking out of a window from the second floor of the hanger. The silhouette seemed to be looking out towards the chaos happening in the hanger.
"Seems we got the attention of the big man." William said, with a smirk.
The silhouette in the window then moved away from the window, and shortly after the door to the small office space, where the silhouette was watching from, opened. Out stepped a tall muscular man, he wore a pure black suit with a big red hand print on the front of his suit. The man had his red hair slicked back, and right under his brown eyes, he had hearts tattooed onto his skin.
"Looks like we will be behind schedule today again," the man said with a sigh.
