The endless abyss left nothing but the dark dim floor visible, only to be accompanied by a sinister mix of laughter and growls. Displayed in the middle were holograms of the two figures that were mingling at the party. The very same party that Wish attended before her life was snuffed out. Gwadeweido walked up like a predator stalking her prey as the holograms were paused, frozen in time. “Tired and frail, you leave a strong trail. It’s only a matter of time before I catch up to your tail.” She purred as she walked up, slightly swaying from one side to another.

The two figures, Vardelora and Morin, then began to move, reenacting the events of the party shown from Wish’s session. The blonde spoke up first, looking towards the red-head. “Who is this imaginary friend we are looking out for again?” She hissed before taking a huge gulp of whiskey from her glass, nervous and paranoid about being followed. 

“It’s not imaginary. It’s out there.” Vardelora replied, just as worried and cautious as her eyes shifted quickly, eyeing every guest at the party. “I know it’s out there.”

Gwadeweido leaned in, her face so close to red-head’s, their noses were almost touching. She was about to speak up when the holograms’ attention was being pulled away. Gwady’s eyes followed and saw Melissa, dressed in her traditional white collar dress and light blue blouse, coming towards the two timidly.

“Your little spy girl is here, Isa, and she’s wearing those dreadful rags.” Morin scoffed as she eyed Melissa from head to toe, disgusted by her clothing. 

“I’ll handle it.” Vardelora grumbled and stepped forward to speak to the young woman. “Is that the only outfit you wear, dear?” She began to ask, but then raised her hand to dismiss it right away. “Never mind. Your ‘friend’ took off after that secretary said something to her. Find her before she causes trouble. I do not want the subject to get hurt.”

“Oh! Okay.” Melissa nodded and quickly rushed off to ask about the whereabouts of Selia, she disappeared within the crowd very quickly.
