The evening passed quickly as Aiko napped in his study, throughout the halls of the home was the graceful sound of snoring. Momo had eaten alone in the kitchen, not even bothering to eat in the dining hall or in the private dining room. There was no point in eating alone after all.
Aiko woke up with his face pressed against his desk. He sat up, pulling the hair strand from his mouth that had awoken him up.
He stood up and stretched, brushing himself off. He couldn’t remember when he had fallen asleep at his desk, yet here he had been dozing off, something he had never done until this day. Did his wedding really tire him that much, he wondered?
He opened his office door and looked from the left to the right, careful not to draw attention to himself, if an outsider would see him, they would assume he was hiding from a bear or something of that nature.
He tiptoed to his room carefully, and sat down in front of his mirror to pamper himself like he had done earlier. He admired his delightful beauty as he looked upon his reflection with an appealing gaze. It was no wonder Aiko had experience with women, he was so grand in his statue. If only his personality was just as grand, but perhaps there is room to grow in that.
