“Quinn my dear, what is it? Is it hard to say?” asks Ece, looking at her boyfriend’s face, short of words.

“Ramos wants me to join him to Chicago, he wants to start up an architect company, and I said yes”

“That is great Quinn, I trust Ramos will protect you and he is a good Business man you know” Ece states with a smile on her face.

“But---” hesitates Quinn as he looks down his feet.

“But what my dear?” questions Ece.

“I want you to come with me, let’s go together and start a new life. I want you in my life when I do that” he says holding her two hands in his, like she would run away anytime.

“Quinn, I----”

“I know you have been here for a long time, I know am asking for too much” Quinn sighs like he would do anything for her if she agrees.

“Quinn” she calls his name, but he has a face of disappointment on.

“It’s okay if you don’t come, I will underst----"

“Quinn, listen to me just for a second” she says while standing on her toes to lift his chin up.

“Malita asked me two days ago to go and work with her, it’s a small working space but she said it would help us grow, and I agreed, I was only waiting to tell you. It’s in Chicago, I guess I will see you every day” she smiles looking at his shocked face.

Quinn lifts her up and swings her with excitement as she giggles. He places her down and kisses her face in every different corner.

“Am so happy my love, lets leave this place and go start our lives in a new environment, and start our own family.  You know how Ramos always brags to me about family” says Quinn still holding Ece in a tight hug.

“I know, they look good together, I guess I will get to see my Anton and Timothy everyday” they laugh as they head in to tell Ramos about the good news.

They moved to Chicago together and they started their small company together. The name of the company was “Dion enterprise”, Quinn had chosen the name just as Ramos wanted and he changed his name to Quinn Dion. He also gave the same name to his wife. This annoyed Mr. Vedeli Craxilver who sent Ramos and quinn to training camp for two weeks as punishment.

 Ece and Malita worked at Mac foundation hospital that was being sponsored by Ramos’ father. It was a wedding gift to his daughter-in-Law who had just joined the Alves family.

Ramos and Malita had twins that were almost 3 years at the time, Anton and Timothy, and had spent a year in marriage. Ramos Alves was staying in the Chicago house of his family and that is where they all lived.

Ece and Quinn got married after they had moved to Chicago since she was pregnant. She gave birth to a son, Theo Dion. Theo looked more like his grandmother and Vedeli his grandfather adored him so much.

Vedeli Craxilver decided to quit his job as the Butler of George Clement and go be in his grandchild’s life. Life was simple for them and they enjoyed life as a family. The Craxilver family and the Alves family became one big family, they took care of each other and build Mac Foundation Hospital together.

However, when Ramos’ father got ill, he left for brazil along with his family and left Quinn and Ece to run what they had established back in Chicago when Theo was 1 year old. Ramos lost his father and he became the new head of the Alves mafia family and Quinn run the company.

Ece run Mac foundation hospital and the hospital developed as she became a fully certified surgeon and Director of the company. When Theo was born, he had a birth mark under his arm that was round and dark. He was 13 years old and his baby brother was born, Ray Dion Craxilver. Theo called him junior with the rest of the family because he was the only one in the family that had all two names of his father and grandfather.

Theo always spent his holidays in Brazil with the Alves family, that is how deep these two families were. When Ray was 4 years, their mother was diagnosed with cancer. This did not break the family though, it being that Malita was a volunteer in most countries, she knew many specialists and Ece got the right treatment she needed for 6 months and the other half was for review.

The time when her treatment was done, she had to come back home to her normal life. At the time Ray was 5 years and Theo had made 18 years. Theo asked his father to let him pick up his mother from the airport which he agreed. Quinn stayed home with his youngest son Ray to prepare for the arrival of their mother.

Theo drove one of his father favourite cars that was conformable, because he knew that his mother was 5 months pregnant. He had to drive her in the safest way possible. He reached the traffic lights and the red was up. He took all the time in the world because he was close to the airport.

The lights hit green and he continued on his journey. His phone rang and it was his mother on the phone.

“Theo baby what is taking you so long?”

“Am almost there mum”

“Well am starving, grab me something nearby”

“Cool mum, I will get your favourite”

“Drive slowly, don’t rush it, I know you love racing, be careful”

Theo laughed with his mum and with that, she hang up the phone. Theo went into a near by diner and picked up cheese crusted chicken tacos and plain yoghurt for the both of them. He paid and moved out. However, something did not feel right, he was so sharp since he grew up with Anton and Timothy.

He sends an SOS to his father and Ramos at the same time as he gets into the car. He drives out of the drive way and takes the opposite the direction of the airport. Quinn calls immediately just after receiving the SOS.

“What happened Theo?”

“Am being followed dad, find away of getting mum out of the airport, I will  lead them the other way”

“Okay son, be careful, Ramos will send help, hang in there”

“Alright dad, get to mum fast” he hungs up the phone. Just as he was making a right turn, he was hit by a truck that pushed his car of then road. His car rolled down the hill until it was stopped by a tree. The truck driver gets out of it, very proud of his own work and makes a phone call.

“Its done”

“Was the woman inside it?” the voice on the other end asks

“He was on his way from the airport just as you had said, am sure she was there”

“Good, leave the scene before you are found, our ties end here”

“Yes sir” the driver smirks and turns off the phone and breaks it into two.

“I wouldn’t have done that if I were you” a voice sounds from behind him and he turns.

“You just destroyed your only form of survival, and you are now coming with us”

“Fuck” the driver tries to jump in the direction the car rolled through but the gentleman is faster. He man handles him and puts him down. As the others rush down the car to get Theo out of the car, the car explodes, and goes up in flames leaving the car down to ashes.
