| Chapter One | House Leaders - Start | 14 Years Later

Orange and Rina were at home packing their children's bags and preparing them before heading to the monastery. " Morgan and Meldryith! You both need to leave for Ylisstol Academy soon! " Rina yelled to her twin children. Morgan was male, and Meldryith was female.

Morgan finished using the bathroom, began getting dressed, and continued packing some of his bags before barging out of his room and into the living room with his parents. " Sorry! I'm ready now. " He wondered what life would be like outside of his home and in a brand new place away from Ylisstol Kingdom. 

" I am here! " Meldryith runs out of her room with her bag and meets everyone in the living room before heading out of the house and to the train station.

Rina was kissing Morgan's and Meldryith's faces. "Mom! " they both said in unison as Rina continued kissing their faces and trying to get on the train before it departs for the Monastery. Orange packed their bags inside the train before heading back to them. " We need to go. "

" Just a second! " Rina said before finishing kissing them and stepping back. " Remember what I taught you both. Don't let anyone treat you like garbage. Take no one's shit, and please be safe, my loves. " Before the four went into a group hug, Rina tried not to cry her eyes out before their departure.

" Come home safely, please. " Orange said before they all let each other go, and the train's whistle escaped the train. They both helped their children onto the train before it headed off. They wave goodbye to their children.

" Goodbye! Love you both! " Meldryith said.

" We'll be home soon! " Morgan said.

Orange and Rina hold each other, sad that their children are leaving but happy that they are headed to Ylisstol Academy.

Morgan and Meldryith waited on the train for around an hour before they reached the Monastery. They both looked outside and were in awe at how big the Monastery was—a giant middle building with four other buildings escaping from the north, west, south, and east to represent the four Continents. They finally reached the Monastery's train station, and they both left; the guards collected their items and took them inside.

" Meldy! Look at how big this place is! " Morgan exclaimed in excitement.

Meldryith grabs his hand as they both run toward the front entrance, stopping and witnessing the entrance's awe. They both look up and see a lady with green hair looking down on them from the front door. " So that's Archbishop Tiki. " The Archbishop watched over as all the students entered the Monastery.

She smiles at the two slightly. " Tell me, was it fate that brought us back together... " 

Morgan and Meldryith entered the Monastery and looked around at the reception hall, where so many students from all the different continents were gathered. " Morggy, there are so many people here. " She slowly hides behind her brother and holds onto her arm.

" Well, that's what happens when you enter a school now, cousin. " The twins turn and see their cousins standing behind them.

" Lucy and Cynthia! " Morgan said, Lucy and Cynthia Sacarro were the children of Florence Sacarro, making them cousins to Morgan and Meldryith.

" Nice to see you both again! " Cynthia said, waving to the two. 

" Where's Indigo? " Meldryith asked.

The two sisters looked at each other and sighed in embarrassment. " He's... skipping the opening ceremony. "

" You should know our brother, off wherever he pleases. " Cynthia replied to Lucy. 

The room soon went quiet with the Archbishop's and someone else's entrance. " Hello and welcome everyone! My name is Nowli, and I am one of the Church Leaders of the Church of Serence. I am also assistant-headmaster alongside your Archbishop. Please, everyone, warmly welcome the Leader of the Church of Serence, Archbishop Tiki! "

Tiki walks forward and thanks Nowli. " Welcome everyone, from those who hail from Ishgar to those who traveled aboard from Alakitasia, Giltena, and Eztenzia. The Church of Serence and Ylisstol Monastery is delighted to host guests from afar! This monastery was built on the grounds to help people with Crest and unify all the continents; the Five Heroes and Ylisstol and the Church of Serence sought peace, and we will achieve together. I hope you all enjoy your time here, and may the Goddess Serence bless you on your journey through life. " Tiki steps back before opening a curtain of a Statue of the Goddess Serence.

" Many years ago, the Goddess Serence and her Four Saints sought peace with humans. In this day and age, we will achieve this. So please, enjoy and make friends! Your students will be split into four different houses in your respective continents. House Ishgar, House Giltena, House Alakitasia, and House Eztenzia. Please head to your according houses. " Nowli and the Archbishop both leave the opening ceremony.

The four look at each other and high-fives each other.

" Weird, you would think a place with unity would mix of children from the four Continents. " Lilia said. 

" Lilia! " the twins said in unison. Lilia Balxera Altorim is the Daughter of Sharena and Princess of the Alvarez Empire. Behind her was another set of twins, known as the Dragon twins of Alvarez.

" Make no mistake though, house Alakitasia will come on top! " Kana said.

" Yeah! No other house will come out on top like us! " Kamui said. Kana and Kamui, the Dragon Twins of Alvarez, the twin children of water dragon Corrine and Royal Attendant Terran.

" No way! Eztenzia will come out on top, not you two! " Kiragi, son of Takumi said. There was someone running up behind him and breathing hard.

" Kiragi, you jerk! You left me all alone at the ceremony! " Shigure said, son of Eclair, the previous deceased Queen of Eztenzia and older sister of Takumi. 

" Hey, the whole gang here! Now, we can all suffer together in this place. " Morgan said before they got interrupted by a teacher and headed towards their houses. They all faired each other farewell and headed to their respective houses.

Tiki and Nowli head to the headmaster's room. "Nowli, we have a most exceptional bunch of students this year. Princess of Alvarez and all five heroes' children are here with us. "

" Correct, Archbishop, do you think he knows that? "

" I hope not, or else trouble will come to Ylisstol Monastery. "
