Chapter 1

In a vast celestial cosmic realm filled with constellations and strings of fate woven together endlessly, a place where even time itself has no meaning nor control. 

Vidhi, the Fatebinder, at the center of it all overlooks the threads of life and destiny. As he strums his finger across the threads, each one shimmered reflecting the souls of each life.

Particularly, two souls shimmered brighter than the rest, they were named Eric and Jessica. Vidhi’s eyes narrowed as he stared at the souls and says,

“These two,” Vidhi mummered, “Will they be able to bear their fate again?”

 As Vidhi continues to stare at the threads, he notices other souls shining that are woven with Eric and Jessica’s souls. 

“Ah, so they’ve returned to them once again…” Vidhi softly says as weariness fills his heart “Haaa, an endless cycle.”

As he prepared to lead these souls down the same path. He notices a faint dark spark that appeared and disappeared in a second, in the threads that’s in and around Eric and Jessica’s souls.

“What was that…” Vidhi’s voice, once soft with weariness, now held an edge of unease. His eyes narrowed as he stared at the threads. “Why is this happening again in this life?” He muttered to himself.

The dark spark appeared again, but this time more intense. Vidhi’s heart started to fill with a sense of danger.

 “I must personally see what’s happening.” 

With a final glance at the shimmering threads of life and destiny, Vidhi left the safety of the celestial realm, descending into the world of Eric and Jessica—his heart heavy with unease, and for the first time, a sliver of uncertainty creeping into his mind.

As he transitioned to the mortal world, bound by time and emotion. Vidhi is filled with dread and started to feel restless,

“My powers are still here, but I still feel like I’m suffocating…”  His voice was shaking and quivering.

Vidhi closed his eyes and took a deep breath, but when he opened he was met with the modern realm. Filled with lots of people walking by, buildings piercing the skies and moving machinery roaming the ground.

“Whoa…” He softly says while stunned and for the first time scared of this new environment.

While stunned amongst the crowd, someone bumped into him, snapping him out of his daze.

Vidhi steadied himself, closing his eyes for a moment. “I can’t let this overwhelm me,” he whispered. “I am the Fatebinder. I’ve faced far greater challenges than this.” He reopened his eyes, determination settling in as he remembered the reason he had come—Eric, Jessica, and the source of the dark spark.”

Vidhi starts to search for Eric and Jessica, along with the others whose threads of life and destiny are intertwining with each other.
