Moon walked behind you, the whirring and clicking noises that occasionally came from him helped you keep your sanity in the still silence that covered the Plex.

"So.. Moon." You said at one point during the shift.

He hummed in response.

"If you were to... Let's say... Be a human. Like me. What would the first thing you do be?" You ask. Attempting to start a conversation.

"Human? Me?" He replied, somewhat amused.

You nodded and hummed a 'yes'.

"Hmm. That's a tough choice...." He placed a hand on his chin in thought, with the other arm underneath that one. Making him look like that statue of a man stilling while thinking.

"Is Sun a human as well? Or is he something like DID?" He asks

"DID?"

"Dissociative Identity Disorder, or Multiple Personality Disorder, if you will."

"Huh... umm.. for this I'd say human like you."

"If that's the case then the first thing I'd do is slap him."

"pff-! Moon!" You laughed.

"What? It's true," he replied. holding out the 'a'.

"What do you think Sun would do first?"

Moon hummed in thought.

"I'd say attempt to hug me." 

"Honestly, I see him doing that, yeah."

"What would you do if you were an animatronic?" He askes, leaning closer to you with his arms behind his back.

"W-what!? ME? an animatronic?!"

He hummed in approval.

"Moon! are you going to make me a weird female spaghetti robot like you?!" You said dramatically.

"N- WHAT?! If you MUST know, I am a male!" Moon replied in offence.

"You sure do look like a female thoughhh~. I wonder if I just change your voice box~."

"NO!" He growled. "Do not change my voice box! I like my voice as is!"

"I bet Sun Bun would let meee~."

"I'll be sure to make him deny..." He grumbled, crossing his arms.

"Fine... I'll do it at your next check up."

"Then I will not go for check ups."

"Moon. You know there is absolutely no way to avoid check ups."

"We'll see about that..."

Sticking to his word, Moon managed to avoid the weekly check ups for an entire week. Going as far as to not let anybody but the children come near him.

He had also somehow managed to persuade Sun into not wanting to go. You. Due to working in the daycare. Was forced to get them to parts and service.

One day you got an idea. You just hoped that your little grubby minions are able to understand.

"Ok, five little helpers please come over here!" You called out to the numerous children running around the daycare like they were on crack.

the little gremlins were the last thing you wanted near you but you didn't have much of a choice.

three girls and one boy managed to come over. you had to drag one child out of their arts and crafts time making it four girls and one boy.

Yes... swarm the small male with your female child charm!

You shook that random thought out and decided to explain what you wanted the kids to do.

"Mister Sun hasn't been sleeping for a long time kids. We need him to sleep and you guys are going to help."

You lied.

You needed them to shut him off as they were the only ones able to get within the ten foot radius that Sun and Moon has been keeping everyone else out of.

"What do we get in return?" Said that one annoying male flesh bag.

You stole a glance at Sun. Seeing him look at you warily. Good. Be scared.

"uhm... You get... Popcorn!" You blurted out. Hoping that was enough to persuade them into helping.

"Cockporn?! I want Cockporn!" One of the small children called out making you attempt to stifle your laughter.

"It's pronounced popcorn, kid." you replied once you managed to settle your giggles.

"Cockporn."

"Popcorn."

 "Cockporn."

"P-o-p-c-o-r-n. Popcorn."

"Cockporn."

you gave up as you were about to burst into laughter.

"What do we need to do to put mister Sun to bed?" One child had asked.

"Good question. you need to press the red button on the back of his head." You replied. "Mister Sun isn't going to want to go to bed so I need the rest of you to hold him down."

"How?" That annoying male had asked.

"Two of you will hold his arms and the other two will hold his legs. You. Male man. You will press the button."

"Why does Jerimiah get to do it? why can't I?!"

"Because I don't like any of you. Now move. Go. Chop chop!"

The kids sighed dramatically before running off to Sun.

Ohhh Sun is going to hate you for this...

Eh. Not that you care.

You watched the kids catapult their chubby, grubby, short-as-fuck bodies at the animatronic, making him so very confused and worried.

Eventually, the small humans got the hang of it and managed to pin him to the ground. How had they managed to overthrow a robot? You had no idea, and you didn't want to find out. You also didn't want to be there when they claimed the daycare as their territory.

You saw a male child menacingly walk up to the pleading Sun, while the other children cheered in the background, before reaching behind him and turning him off. You saw his body go limp, and his eyes switched off, reverting to inky black.

When did this turn into something like gladiators but with children?

Eventually, the kids ran off to do something else, and you knew this was your chance before their small, meaningless brains turned their short attention span onto you.

You walked over and pulled his surprisingly light body off the floor. Was this why they were able to overthrow him?

You didn't care, nor did it matter. You decided to bring him to parts and service, leaving the rascals to fend for themselves. Every child for themselves, I guess.

You spent a good twenty minutes hauling Sun's animatronic body all the way to P&S. Managing to drop him about a good six times during the entire thing. Even though he's light, it doesn't mean he's not heavy.

"Yo, you finally managed to grab him!"

You looked up to see Liam standing in the doorway with a gentle smile and arms crossed while leaning on the doorframe.

"Yeah. Took long enough. I had to make the kids turn him off," you replied, setting the animatronic down.

"Had to rely on them? Damn."

"Tell me about it."

"Well-"

"Not literally," you replied, laughing a bit.

He chuckled along with you before patting your shoulder while walking past.

"This'll be quick. I know the kids will most likely trash the daycare if we aren't fast enough.""I bet they already have," you replied, rolling your eyes playfully.

Liam chuckled at this.

"You're funny [name]," he said, strapping Sun into the cylinder.

"Thank you, thank you very much," you replied, bowing.

He laughed before going over to the computer.

"Oh yeah!" you chirped out, remembering the whole reason why Sun and Moon had avoided this whole thing in the first place.

"Hmm?" Liam hummed, looking over to you.

"Can you add a thing in his voice box to change it to a female and then back to normal?" you asked, jabbing a thumb towards the animatronic.

"Yeah sure! Prank or..?"

"Yeah," you chuckled.

"I kind of want to see Moon's reaction to it first."

"I can turn the lights off before powering him on."

"Thanks."

"No prob."

"Wait, can you make it manual instead of them themselves turning it on?"

"Like... Only others can change it but not them?"

"Yeah!"

"Sure. I'll see what I can do," he replied, typing into the computer.

"Thanks, man."

"What are friends for?"

"Yeah...."

Oh Moon's going to be so pissed... You wondered how Sun would react though. Would he like it or would he not?
