Chapter 6.
A year of illness.
A year passed almost as if it were a sigh… King Cyprian V never gave up on the search for his wife, only he had not informed the people or the court of government of the disappearance of the queen, since a King without a queen made the Kingdom weak and the only thing he said when they asked him about the queen was that she was a little sick and was in the field playing with the child while she recovered her health; the court of government blindly believed what Cyprian said while the guards who had been on the hunt that day continued searching the entire area trying to find some trace of the queen, but it was as if she had turned into foam, she did not appear and the rain that night had erased her tracks becoming an accomplice to her possible kidnapping or her inevitable escape…

For her part, Eva had never been so happy; In one year, her entire life summed up, she was not giving up on the happiness she had achieved during that year, with some beautiful women who welcomed her as part of their family, even though they were very cheerful and playful, but above all, free, regardless of what they did.
Her son had begun to take his first steps and say his first words: “Mom”; nothing made her happier in the world than waking up with little hands caressing her face and giving her back a naive smile full of love.
During that year she had learned to create better, more natural and non-toxic beauty highlighters, which seemed to restore youth to many women who in the evenings happily went to buy it at the big house.
Nothing could go wrong for everyone in this place, she was Luna, the sister of a whore, and although many men tried to conquer and covet her beauty, they were drastically rejected and poorly recommended since neither Luna gave them a chance nor the whores of the house let them approach her and have the slightest chance of meeting her, which unleashed not only the greed and sense of belonging of many men who frequented the mansion, but even slaves who had seen her from afar wondered what it would be like to spend a night between her hips...
Duke Blake, who was the man who ruled over that independent city heard about the sister of one of the most beautiful whores that the mansion had and was very surprised, because the mansion was known as the ideal place for abandoned women to teach anyone who could not pay a governess, which was sometimes beneficial because many of the scholars of a moderately acceptable rank had grown up under the teachings of these women, in addition to being born artists who stood out in painting, literature, poetry, dance, music and they always had stories to tell, some fantastical about beings and places that do not exist and others much more realistic, but with a somewhat acidic sense of humor, perhaps their jokes were very bad or perhaps not everyone could understand them; so the duke asked one of his generals to find out everything about Luna, Ana's sister from her origins to why she was there...
The general was quick to get the few details they had about Luna and let the duke know them, telling him that a guard had let her enter on a horse with a child a year ago during a very rainy day, and when bombarding her with questions, she seemed a little dazed not knowing what to answer until Ana saw her pass by and said that she was her sister, that she had been waiting for her for a long time and only for that reason they let her in.
Since then she lives in one of the rooms of the mansion with the child who is just beginning to walk and say a few words, the few people who have managed to see the infant can assure that he has heterochromia: one eye of another color, it is said that one is red and the other is violet and his hair like his mother's is abundant, but in a white color, both are the most beautiful people and I would even dare to say that he is the most beautiful person my eyes have ever seen ... the duke upon hearing this said: I am still curious, there is a mystery about this woman, ¿where did she come from and why on a rainy day with a small child? The most important question is ¿who is the father of the child? Perhaps some merchant, ¿a slaver?, ¿Will she be the daughter of some great powerful family or will she be a used woman, but who does not dare to sell her body?, ¿What do you think general …?, the latter upon hearing him simply said: all options are feasible, a woman who comes from nowhere to the mansion surely has a past to flee from, the duke smiling told him: prepare the horses, it's been a long time since we've seen a good show...

On the other hand, in the government court pressure was beginning to be exerted on King Cyprian V, saying that the illness of the queen could be treated by the best doctors and herbalists in the Kingdom, but Cyprian refused and said that she was receiving treatment with foreign doctors who could cure her illness, so then one of the elders demanded the King to bring the heir to the palace so that the mother's illness would not be transmitted to her son, but he also did not agree saying that the child was growing strong and healthy in his mother's arms and that on more than one occasion he had seen him and he was full of life and totally healthy, when the elders of the government court realized that the King seemed to deny any possibility of seeing the queen and the heir again, they began to have doubts about whether the queen was really sick or if she had really died along with the child and the King was looking for a substitute who was identical to the queen, so secretly from the King, the elders of the government court deployed the guards of their mansions to search the fields of the Kingdom for a white-haired woman and a child with two-colored eyes and inform one of the elders the exact location where they could find this mysterious woman.
