Chapter 12.

Arrest.

When the boy woke up from a loud noise, there were officers at his door who immediately handcuffed him and didn't even give him time to say anything, everything was confusing and he hadn't even washed his face, when they arrived at the police station, one of them told him: you have charges against you for attempted poisoning, defamation and theft.

Dustin was completely in shock, because in a short fraction of time he had become a criminal and was handcuffed sitting in a police station; they put him in a dark and desolate cell, this was really scary, so the boy shouted that he wanted to talk to his lawyers because he hadn't done anything he was accused of, someone was blaming him for charges he had never committed.

Meanwhile, one of the officers was talking on the phone telling the person on the other end: Don't worry Mr. Parker, the boy is locked in an isolated cell, a sinister laugh was the only thing that was heard on the other end of the phone, it was obvious that Blake Parker had handled this situation as he pleased, because he had delusions of a king and many contacts everywhere, so Dustin Baker would stay in that cell until he decided to free him, because he was busy in the Parker companies and between meetings, firms and acquisitions of practically bankrupt franchises, the man was crushing the competition in the labor field ordering from one side to the other and practically making the shares of the almost ruined companies that he had acquired, increase their value significantly in the market by 60%, guaranteeing income of almost half a million weekly each. From his office at the company, the man watched the city from above while having fun thinking that his Assistant was in a dark cell, so he would learn that no one escaped or went against his orders, because he was the one who set the rules.

After the man finished his work, he sent an order to one of the officers to take the boy to the interrogation room… Dustin was ravenously hungry, his stomach was growling loudly, the boy was sure that there were protocols that prevented a prisoner from being denied water and food, but these officers didn't seem to care, and because of that, he felt lucky that they let him use the bathroom for almost a minute. 

In the interrogation room he met Blake Parker, who was impeccably dressed and with that totally sarcastic and mocking expression, but the man did not look at him until the boy was sitting in front of him... neither of them spoke, and in that place, time seemed to last much longer, because a minute felt like half an hour had passed, then Blake told him: if you beg me I will drop the charges, but the boy told him: you can't do this, it's a completely arbitrary deal, there's not even evidence of what I'm accused of, you're crazy sir, I'm not going to beg you because I haven't done anything of what you've claimed, however, the Alpha in front of him gave him a sideways smile with a deep look and the officer entered with a folder and clarified that Mr. Blake Parker had brought a folder with enough evidence to report him.

The boy said that it was impossible that there was evidence because he had done absolutely nothing, that the real criminal was Blake Parker, because the man was crazy, that he had sexually harassed him and had made him sleep in his bed on a whim, and then, Blake said that he would not drop the charges and that they could continue with protocol, so, Dustin was shown images where he is seen altering the coffees that he brought to Mr. Parker; the moment he robbed and attacked the man, taking the truck, and the moment he left the Parker family's house with the red bear pajamas, the boy was stunned, they were accusing him of stupid things that had already been resolved, and although he had not yet returned the red bear pajamas, he was planning to return them that same day when he went to get his things from that house, because he did not have those tastes and fetishes to go around dressing up as exotic animal, then Mr. Parker got up and left and the officer only told him: you have the right to a call of approximately half a minute, the boy accepted the call and immediately dialed the number of his mother, Ría Baker, an Alpha woman owner of a hotel franchise with national and international branches and barely 40 years old, as soon as the call came in, his mother's voice was heard asking who it was, to which the boy answered: mom it's me Dustin, I can't talk much because I'm under arrest, in Ingen I'm accused of completely unreasonable acts, get me out of here and I will accept your conditions to return home, the woman simply told him: I'm on my way son…and 

 Remember: mouth shut…as soon as the call ended, the officer told him: you have messed with Mr. Parker, your mother will not be able to get you out of this place, but the boy simply told him: you do not know my mother…
