"It's good to have you here, Council..." Altezar said pompously as forty members had gathered in the core of Magma Heaven, draped in their wine red robes over black undergarments and with black ribbons wrapped around their wasts. "I assume this is just a routine thing." "If there's anything you should tell us about, something of importance... share it to us. That's why we're here, Lord Altezar." The elderly man said, standing at the front of the delegation. "I've been meaning to tell you for a longer time, Council members... telling you that it won't be long before my plan can be fulfilled. For the first time in 3700 years, my strength is reaching a peak. The blood of my strongest Tephra did its work..." Altezar's laugh came out in a low growl. "The voyage shall commence soon..." "The voyage to erase humanity from the cosmos? Is it true that you've been planning that, Altezar?" The elder responds. The dragon took a step backwards, clearly flinching. His glowing orange eyes blinked heavily upon hearing the elderly Council member's response. "How... how did you become aware of this, elder? Aware of my plans to clean out that what you disgracefully call 'Earth', ignoring the fact that it's nothing more than a manhole full of pests and diseases?" Altezar raised his voice. The Council members did not flinch. "One of our informants told us about it. Your plans shall not come to fruition, Altezar." The elderly Council man said defiantly. "Disobedience? In the core of my terraformed empire?" Altezar growled, large clouds of smoke getting blown from between his teeth. He spread his wings as he placed his four dragon feet on the ground, showing off his full stature. But no Council member showed any sign of being intimidated. "The Court has made a decision. Your plan goes against the constitution of Magma Heaven, Altezar. No leader, not even the highest one, shall hurt any individual without approval of the Council. You have no right to commit genocide and you will have to cease the devouring of Pyrhenes immediately." The elder replied. "The home of men deserves to be left alone. You have no right to conquer mankind's home and form it into a part of your empire." "I've eaten Tephra who were not missed, who deserved to pay with their flesh. I put them out of their worthless existence, and in exchange, they gave me sustenance. The manhole is nothing more than a ground full of pest and sickness, inhabited by inferior copies of my Tephra! They are not people!" Altezar screamed, the heat of the vibrations from his voice visible in the air. "YOU approved of this! You approved of my proposal that allowed me to put disgraced Pyrhenes out of their misery!" "A proposal which you violated on your own accord by devouring Pyrhenes who changed their mind when they realized how horrible their end would be." The Council delegate said. "You are required to accept the decisions of the Council and the Court. Failure to do so means that we are allowed to respond with strong force. You shall not conquer mankind's home, Altezar." "I will not conquer their home. I will CURE it!" Altezar growled in anger. With a strong slam from his front right leg against the ground, shocks were sent through the crystalline floor. Not long after, a massive array of crystal shards fell from the ceiling, falling with insane velocity. Countless cries of agony were heard as many of the present Council members let out a final scream. "How can you not understand?" "You are ruining Magma Heaven! Your plans shall only leave irreperable damage to its spirit!" Another Council member yelled, having survived the initial onslaught. "I AM Magma Heaven!" Altezar yelled angrily as he slammed both of his claws down over the crowd in an effort to weed out and kill any survivors from the initial onslaught. "Get over here!" Altezar proceeded to lash out at the main entrance, noticing the few surviving Council members fleeing through it. Not fully restored in his strength yet, he did not manage to retrieve the escapees. "Lord Altezar!" Scoria's voice was heard as she and Incinera emerged from the back part of the core. She blenched upon seeing the pile of impaled and crushed bodies, covering her mouth as her skin tone got sickly for a moment. "Oh, won't you look at... where disgraced Tephra end. Oh joy..." Incinera giggled. "Go after them!" Altezar yelled frantically. "Now!"
