Omega twitched, and the young men cried out in unison, feeling a piercing pain at the juncture of their bodies. Dasse exhaled rapidly, turning away from his involuntary lover and clenching his fists. Etienne gritted his teeth, enduring the painful sensations. He disliked Omega's state—his beloved turned away and tensed, trembling slightly.
— Darling, what's wrong? Is it too painful? — he asked with concern, — I'm sorry, this is your first time, and I...
— Please, remove it... — Dasse pleaded, hiding his face in his hands. Enduring all this was unbearable. Etienne's caring voice sent shivers down his spine. Is he always so considerate with all his lovers? Etienne fumbled behind him.
— Just bear with it a little longer, my dear.
After a few moments, Dasse began to feel the foreign object gradually leaving his body. Finally separated from Etienne, Omega instantly sprang from the bed, nearly collapsing to the floor from the pain at his back.
— Dasse!
Omega swiftly extended his arm forward, halting the already rising alpha, regaining his composure. Simultaneously, he grabbed the trousers strewn on the floor with his other hand. It was indeed fortunate that he had trained his body and was not delicate. The pain, though present, was quite bearable and even somewhat pleasant.
— Apologies, Etienne, this appears to be a misunderstanding, — he hastily and somewhat embarrassed began, struggling to pull up his trousers, — I had no intention of staying with you until morning. And regarding the wedding and chosen one, let's pretend you never mentioned anything to me, alright?
To say that Etienne was utterly dumbfounded would be an understatement.
— Wh-what?! Dasse?! — Dasse had already heard Alpha's shocked voice as he flew out the door of the room. Etienne exploded on the spot, not believing his ears and eyes. What did he say?! A misunderstanding?! Didn't intention of staying?! Forget it?! Indeed, alpha is not one to let matters rest so easily! He burst through the door in hot pursuit of the fleeing figure. A slender silhouette flickered at the end of the corridor. No matter, omega could never outrun alpha!
— Dasse, stop! I said stop! Let's talk!
Omega accelerated even faster, shocked to realize that he was being chased by an undressed alpha. Why on earth was he running after him?! What urgent conversation was so important that even putting on underwear was a luxury?!
— Don't chase me! What will your fiancé think?! — Omega tried to reason with Alpha, leaping up the stairs and feeling his heart pounding furiously with excitement.
— Think?! He's running away from me like a madman right now! — shouted Etienne in response. What a lively Omega he has! Enduring! All night with him without a break and still so much energy!
— Are you mocking me?! — Dasse couldn't bear it any longer, feeling tears starting to choke him, — Go to him! Why are you bothering me?!
— I love you!
— Not funny! — Dasse exclaimed in response and slammed the massive black door right in front of Etienne's outstretched hand. Alpha almost collided with the door, managing to brake just in time. Damn, he was just half a meter away! He pounded on the door with force.
— Dasse, open up!
— No! Leave! — the omega shouted from behind the door. His voice involuntarily betrayed hysterical notes, — You chose a fiancé for yourself last night! What do I have to do with it now?!
Etienne froze, his fist not reaching the black panel. Last night. When he, the foolish idiot, announced his engagement to that, what's-his-name, Ovgust! And Dasse knows about it! Damn! Etienne was all wet, frantically choosing his words. He spoke anxiously:
— Darling, listen, it's a mistake, I got confused. There will be no wedding with him, I only want you...
— Stop, please! — came a sob from behind the door and Etienne heard another door slam loudly. He pounded on the door with renewed vigor, pleading:
— My sweet! Let's talk! Let me in!
