Mental Health!
After seeing Emma out Aberdeen returned to her office tidying it up, Looking out of her office door at the clock on the wall. “One more to go…., I don’t want to have to see that-“ Annabel suddenly rushed into her office. “Aberdeen your next appointment is here!” Aberdeen looked down......
“Ok let them in…,” Aberdeen loudly sighed. Two man shuffled in with a covered painting in hand, Looking down she tried to avoid any unnecessary eye contact. “Welcome! Please place the painting over there on the stand thank you.” The two men nodded before walking out, Unexpectedly it is completely quiet… Looking up there is a young man silently standing there seemingly waiting for her acknowledgement. “Is Sir Walters here yet? Or will he be arriving later?” The young man looked nervous, Trying to smile he pulled the cover off the painting revealing it in all of its beauty!.. “WHAT IN THE WORLD IS THAT!” As the cover came gently falling to the floor the young man was trying his hardest to remain calm though flustered exterior, The painting that was glistening before them much to Aberdeen’s mental health was a nude painting of Sir Walters, With only a vase of blue and red orchid covering over his last shred of dignity. “Why is this in my office!” Looking away quickly she continued. “And where is the original painting I was suppose to look at?!” The young man flinched. “Master Walters, Made a umm…,” He hesitated was looking to the floor. “A slight change in plan’s when he heard that you would be the one who was going to be talking the appointment today….” Aberdeen still looked mortified while waving her hands saying. “I’ll give you anything! JUST GET THAT OUT OF MY OFFICE!” She yelled. “Yes! Of course miss!” The young man rushed to recover the painting to leave.
Aberdeen looked down at the floor while rubbing the temples of her head. “Why do I alway’s get the creeps!” Looking at her phone she checks the time. “It’s already eight thirty!” Gathering her thing’s she put away a few thing’s then got ready to leave. “Annabel is there any other appointments that Louise left for me today?” Annabel smile’s then quickly look’s at her computer. “Nope! There was only two, And was for the other appointment she is the one handling it.” Scrolling farther down. “There are other appointments but they are for the others, So you are free to go!” Aberdeen smiled then thanked Annabel before quickly but quietly leaving as fast as she could! Exiting the building she take’s out her phone sending a message to Lizzy. “I’m on the way to pick up my dress for tonight and after I get ready I will head over! Let me know if you need any help!! I’m alway’s here for you! ♡” After sending the message she hailed a trolley car, Getting in she gave the driver the address to the boutique.
After arriving at the boutique she got out of the trolly car in a rush, Entering the boutique she was greeted by a worker who accompanied her to the dressing room. “Which dress did you decide on miss?” Aberdeen paused for a moment. “Can you please bring them both out? I want to see them again.” The woman smiled at Aberdeen. “Of course Miss!” After a few moment’s the woman came back with both the dress in hand. “Here is the emerald green and the midnight blue, Just let me know which one you want and we will help you with the rest!” Aberdeen thanked the woman, The she retried both of the dresses before making a choice. “I would like to take the midnight blue, I feel it will look better with the lighting.” The woman smiled at her. “Good choice Miss, Would you like us to reserve a beauty parlor for you?” Aberdeen handed the dresses to the woman. “Yes! Please reserve one.” Aberdeen walk over to the counter to pay for the dress then she head to the beauty parlor to finish getting ready, As she walked to the door she got a phone call from Lizzy.
“Hello Lizzy!” Aberdeen said with a big smile while oping the door to the parlor. “Hello Abby! I wanted to let you know we are moving up the opening by an hour!” Aberdeen placed down her bag’s then sat on the vanity’s fluffy chair. “You are moving it up! Why?” Aberdeen said with a worried look. “No.. Nothing happened, I Just thought that it would be better for everyone who is arriving early.” Aberdeen looked tart. “Don’t even try! Tell me exactly what happened!” You can hear Lizzy sigh through the phone. “Fineeee! I will tell you,” Aberdeen remarked. “Yah, You better!!” Lizzy giggled. “You know that investor I was telling you about well?” Aberdeen nodded. “Yes..?” Lizzy continued. “Well his friend is visiting and want’s to attend the grand opening! But he can only make it if we open early!” Aberdeen looked annoyed. “What some people will do just because they are rich!” Lizzy sighed. “Don’t say that Abby! They are giving me a treasure chest full of money after all! So please nice!” Aberdeen rolled her eyes. “It’s not like you are going to introduce me to your investor…. Are you!!” Lizzy laughed. “What did you think I was going to do?! You are my best friend, And my very first investor!!” Aberdeen let out a glum sigh. “Please don’t make me!
