While the invesitgation continues, and Tory remains in the crosshairs, Grant Elkins is killed in the line of duty, investigating a new case. The Weston City Police and Task Force are now left in shambles.

4 WEEKS LATER:

At the four week point , the SIS Captain makes an official announcement with the Prosecutor.

SIS CAPTAIN: After an in-depth investigation, we are going to move forward with murder charges against Tory Kelley. Miss Kelley acted recklessly and caused this. She has 48 hours to turn herself in.

Tory surrenders and is officially charged. After only a 2 week trial, she returns to face the verdict.

JUDGE: The jury has ruled in this case, the defendant is GUILTY on all counts.

Tory looks on in shock and confusion. In the following days, Tory is given 45 years in prison, a special cell that will neutralize her abilities. The Weston City Police welcome their new lead Agent Mason Maxwell.

Tory Kelley is officially locked in her cell , one specially designed for her. Meanwhile, the City mourns the death of Grant Elkins, and inside the abandoned building where Smiley was killed .... An Agent sees the after effects of her dark magic spell begin to take shape ....
