Chapter 2.

My life before you.

Feeling alone at such a young age is definitely one of the most painful unknowns there can be, but it's more killing when your parents don't accept the fact of who you really are.

I've accepted who I am for a long time... I'm a girl with peculiar tastes, nothing out of the ordinary, but for some reason older men attract me and it's not that he was a man in his 20s or 30s, he has to be a much older man both physically and chronologically.

My mother claimed that this could only be projected by wrong behavior; and since then I have tried to date younger men to please my parents, but definitely someone who has not put themselves in other people's shoes cannot have an opinion on their point of view of heaven.

That was until I found out that as a kind of punishment for having broken off the relationship with the perfect young guy they liked, they sent me far away, to the suburb of a town in another region, what they didn't know was that what I thought was defined as mercy and good faith, was nothing more than a future punishment...

Every day is routine: going to school and returning to my apartment, the trip is short, like 10 minutes or five if you run, but it's always the same, everyone around me seems to ignore my existence almost as if I were the carrier of the plague.

One day I get a message from my mother saying: I'm sorry honey, but I guess you can handle them on your own.

At first I didn't understand anything and thought she had made a mistake, but when I received bills for debts that were completely out of my reach, everything became clearer: good faith and kindness would never be on my mother's side...

Probably my father wouldn't even bother to give his opinion and would act as he has always been, a man faithful to his wife's principles.

Maybe I'll go on time, I'm tired, but I'm ready to go, fighting would be in vain... and I guess the gangster to whom my mother owes all that money is not going to negotiate... all of this, until I saw some eyes as beautiful as those of a mysterious and attractive cat, magnetic and feline, I feel like I'm the only one who notices that look, there are only two women standing connecting glances from a distance.

Maybe I'm dreaming because she smiled at me and walks towards where I am, her gaze is penetrating and fixed and intensely scrutinizes my soul, but I can say that she is incredibly pretty.

Returning to reality, is difficult when she looks at you with such a sweet and adorable look, but there is only one problem, her name is Cora Park, and from the way she dresses I can deduce that she is not someone easily accessible, however, she has that aura around her that makes her indecipherable.

She doesn't speak and neither do I, but the distance between the two seems to have a fluid

communication, it's not uncomfortable, or at least it wasn't until she mentioned that she was there so that I would pay her what I owed her...

At first I didn't understand and I told her that I didn't know what she was talking about, but her mischievous smile told me: you know what I'm talking about Thais Caux, your parents owe me a lot of money and they've run away leaving you as the debtor, in this case a debtor, the young woman's face turned pale...

That couldn't be happening, however, the craziest words that crossed her mind came out of her mouth: I suppose that you are the collector, or the person in charge that they have sent, if that is the case, tell me ¿what you want?, ¿my right kidney or my left kidney?

They are in perfect condition and they are young, for which they should sell like hotcakes in the market and the debt would be settled; and neither you know me nor I know you.

¿Don't you think it would be easier and faster that way? But Cora simply said: You don't seem to understand, we are not organ traffickers, you speak with such propriety as if you were ready to get rid of everything, but things are not fixed like that. ¿Do you understand, darling...?

Maybe you'll forget me when night falls, maybe I'll forget you when dawn breaks, but if I were to remember you at dusk, I've realized that one shouldn't lie, I want to live off the promises of yesterday, I don't want to follow the present; not when you're not in the…

I'm crying knowing that it's risky for us to be together, maybe I should do something, ¿wouldn't it be better if you fell in love with a man? Only then would our love never have started, our love has no home: it walks the streets like a beggar… Please love me!!!
