Elizabeth was taken aback, like she should be, and the voice continued- 

"You have been selected for this years annual death games organized by the government. We cannot say the reason for the creation of the death game until you either win or die. Your first contestant will be arriving soon. Please choose your weapon of choice. Good luck and God speed" 

Elizabeth was definitely taken aback once more cuz, death game? Organized by the government? That doesn't seem right, does it? But because she didnt want to die, she picked up her weapon, and awaited the entry of the person she was meant to fight. To her surprise, her opponent was battered up, with their clothes torn apart, blood dripping out of their nose, and they were walking like they were REALLY close to death. The person fell, with a thud that echoed around the room. 

Elizabeth immediately dropped her weapons, ran to the body on the ground horrified. She despatertely screamed for help, but she didnt hear anything. After shouting more, she understood. If she wanted the contestant to live, she had to kill herself. She put the contestants dagger to her neck, with a single tear running down cheek, but before she could slit her throat, she heard the voice again, mixed with the sound of a ECG flatlining.

" Congrats on your victory. You will now be taken to your assigned group. Please cooperate with our team and dont make this harder than it already is. " Elizabeth didnt know what they meant by 'group' but she didn't care. Although she witnessed someone die, she didn't feel much remorse, but she felt a sort of regret, regret that she didn't kill them, but they died because of exhaustion. Before Elizabth could understand why she felt that, she noticed a green device on the contestants chest, which looked like an ECG you could put on your chest.  Before she could examine it more, the room filled with a smoke which made her feel loopy, and she blacked out.
