Chapter 14.

First meeting.

In the morning, Julieta received a notification from Brandon's assistant, Adriana, telling her to be at the Reing hotel at 9:30, that everyone was waiting for her and that she shouldn't be late... 

She should bring a clean face and light clothes, because she would meet her fiancé Norman for the first time.

That made her get out from under the sheets in a flash, she ran to take a shower, because it was 8:30, when she read the message her brother had already gone to the hospital again, so she bit into the apples and combed her hair, while she dressed in a sports outfit and hurried to get to the hotel as quickly as she could.

She didn't want her first impression to be that of an irresponsible person, so when it was 9:15 she entered and immediately the receptionist recognized her and guided her to a room.

Brandon was there, and he told her that today was her wedding, and it would be broadcast online, so she had to look perfect… Norman was arriving too, and they would meet at the wedding, leaving her with a hairdresser, a makeup artist, and a stylist.

Brandon left the room and the people began to work their magic dressing her and putting makeup on her, so that she looked like a dream princess with a white dress that truly highlighted all her attributes and left her the envy of any fantasy princess… 

The heels and the jewelry were from highly recognized brands, so when she was completely ready at 11 in the morning, the makeup artist shed a few tears as did the stylist when she said that they had never worked in such a short time with such a beautiful and docile bride.

Everything was very strange for Julieta, she couldn't even call her brother, at that moment she was unsure of what she was about to do, but before she could say a single word Brandon opened the door and with a smile on his face he said: let me accompany you to the altar.

As they walked towards the main hall of the hotel, Brandon told her: Don't worry honey, nothing bad is going to happen, my son is already waiting for you there, it's just a last minute wedding, your brother already knows about the wedding, but he can't come because your father is undergoing surgery, so don't worry, he has sent you his best wishes for everything to go well.

Julieta only told him:  ¿is your son okay with it?, to which Brandon said: he has no choice at this moment, as soon as the door to the main hall opened the cameras began to record her, she left a nervous smile on her face, as she walked she felt her hands sweating from nerves, the flashes did not stop working…

Norman, seeing the girl, simply kept silent, she was as pretty as her voice although, it was not appropriate that their first impression and first meeting was on their wedding day, but there she was in front of him at the altar, following the protocol of what the father who was marrying them said.

The media that was recording everything admired that it was such an attractive couple that they complemented each other and when they were both putting the ring on each other's hands, and he uncovered the veil to kiss the bride, everyone agreed that it was a magical scene completely surreal to what was expected of the now married Norman Reing.

¿Would he leave the controversies that haunted him for his wife, or what would happen? 

The only thing that could be seen was how the boyfriend whispered something in her ear and she, already a wife, with the outline of a smile perhaps was telling him how much she loved him…

Although, the reality was very different, Norman had just told her that he would make her the most unfortunate woman in the country, that because of this unforeseen marriage he would make her days a martyrdom.

Julieta not knowing what to say simply acts because the media was recording them and left a smile that seemed genuine, but already with that warning from her now husband it was clear the type of life that would haunt her for having accepted this type of deal.
