The two share a glance “who is Summer Greenyard”

“SUMMER GREENYARD FORMERLY KNOW AS SARAH AN ORPHAN FROM TREERAIN ORPHANAGE”

Once more the two gasp “does that mean you are going to die!” the girl’s squeaks

“Hold on Sarah” the boy orders “Miss phone how does Summer’s brother die”

“THE BROTHER OF SUMMER GREENYARD SAID TO BE DECEASED IS TO DIE IN A FRAMED CARRIAGE ACCIDENT WHILE RETURNING TO THE ACADEMY”

“And who kills Summer’s brother”

“… “

“Oh no it stopped talking” the girl spirals further

“Who kills Summer’s brother”

“No oh no, no we can’t go isn’t it obvious in the novel it said our last name is Greenyard! That means it’s Duke Greenyard who kills you” the girl’s words grumble due to the crackling voice

“SHUT UP SARAH” the boy shouts “Miss phone who kills Summer’s brother

What am I supposed to do here? I didn’t get that far in the book! Well, it’s not like I remember this cliché of a book, I guess the service this form needs is my memory but since I dropped the boring book, I don’t know who kills the brother- or if the brother is dead! If I go off the information my brain files, have it seemed the book is full of cliches and that it was leading up to the brother being alive but working behind the scenes, okay in this situation there is only one thing I can say, I just hope they understand

“I AM NOT ABLE TO ANSWER THAT”

“Huh! What does that mean” the girl whines

“Does that mean you don’t know the answer” the boy questions

The boy falls quiet, as does the girl “alright” the boy sighs “let’s ask a different question” the boy hesitates “What makes Duke Walter Greenyard a villain”

“What? That doesn’t tell me what makes him a villain? And how does have him stop the main character’s plans”

Wait a minute- this kid, he says he can’t read yet he knows a lot of what my computerized voice is saying? Like thwart- if I wasn’t told by my dad, I would never have known what it means

“Then what makes him a bad guy?” the boy thinks “ah! Miss phone whose point of view was the book written in”

“Ah of course, my sister is to stupid to understand that the Duke, wasn’t a bad guy that was stopping her” The boy paces back and forth “it was just the Duke was terribly busy! Or is bad at expressing himself” the pacing stops “wait didn’t you say that my sister refuses to study at all? Miss Phone why did Summer Greenyard refuse to study”

“TUTORS WOULD ABUSE THE YOUNG SUMMER UNTIL HER CALVES WOULD BLEED AND THEN JUST AS THEY WOULD HEAL, THEY WOULD RESUME THE ABUSE LABELING IT TEACHING METHODS”

“And miss phone, did the duke know any of this”

“SUMMER GREENYARD WAS TOLD IT WAS UPON THE DUKE’S ORDER”

“Hmm- that implies that it could be that Sarah was told a lie!”

This kid was he transmigrated too; I mean he is just to quick on the uptake

The boy glances behind him, assuming he is checking on the girl who has fallen quiet, he quickly glares back at me.

Dang if I had sweat glands, I would be a wringing out a rag right about now, this kid- if looks could kill

Dang- if this was a book where I got a human body later this kid would be the main character, wait doesn’t that mean I’m the romantic love interest- Ew- to a kid- no thank you- I would rather stay a phone- Author do you hear me!

“I knew I wasn’t alone!” The boy hugs me “Ugh seriously I am glad you know more of the story than I do” he pulls away glancing into the screen “this story is my sister’s, but we barely started reading it together”

“No that is the character Summer Greenyard” the boy answers “but I know nothing of the brother- or the Duke for that matter” the boy thinks “so what is your opinion of the duke is he a bad guy”

“JUST AN ALOOF DUKE THAT HAS A SECRET OR TWO”

“Wait a minute, I thought I needed to call you miss phone for a reply”

“RE…SPE-CT! T…OS-S! H-UR…T!”

“It seems you can only say certain things right now” The boy observes “do you have a status? All living things do- if you have a status, you would be considered a magical artifact instead of a relic”

Hmm like those games? Can I just think it? STATUS!

!!! woah it really popped up! So, does that make me a magical device?

“MAGIC DEVICE IS A MAGICAL ARTIFACT THAT HAS AN INTELLIGENCE TO A CERTAIN EXTENT THAT CAN ALSO USE MANA AND CAST SPELLS IF NOT CAST SPELLS THEY CAN GIVE THE WEILDER SPELLS TO CAST”

“Woah so you are a magical artifact! That is awesome” the boy grins

“ALERT! DETECT! SKILL!”

“Are you saying something is nearby!”

“MONSTER! HORDE! RUN!”

“Ah! Sarah! Get up hurry!” The boy shoves me in the pocket, just as he grips the girl’s arm from the ground.

Alright, let’s assess what I know, I know I can answer questions in full sentences however when I want to say something unprompted, I talk like broken, scratched disc. But I do get the most important points out, so that is a bonus. Hmm what is this! So, not only do I have detect but I also have a speak skill! HUH! It’s level four? Ah I see it’s an EX-rank- so it takes so much for it to be useful but when it maxes out it’s gonna be one awesome skill- wait that’s not what matters right now- I can’t see but the monsters are gaining on us!

“Yeah, I get it! there is just so far I can go in a kid’s body”

“Wh- what I’m up!” springing from the computer Lily parts her dry lips “hmm- ah Sammy!”

“Good morning, Lily” Sammy nervously scratches her cheek gently “I saw you fell asleep at your desk, I didn’t mean to wake you up”

“Hmm- oh” noting the blanket on her shoulders “thank you Sammy” glancing at the time “But- I have to get Kyle ready for Luke when he comes to pick him up” Lily heads over to Kyle, grabbing the bottle from the table.

Moments after changing his diaper, and dressing him, the knock echoes through the apartment. Glimpsing in the peep hole, Lily twists the knob “Hey Luke, what no Becca today” in a tone, Lily shifts away.

“I figured you wouldn’t want to see her with how things went down last time” Luke shrugs

“No, it’s always a welcome to be called a lazy and unproductive chick that has no life, always a pleasure” Lily snips.

Luke rubs his neck sheepishly “well, you did ask a classified question” he argues

Handing Kyle over to Luke as she packs the baby stuff “are you kidding me Luke, you are my brother! How can you just stand there and not defend when your so-called loyal wife bashes me” Lily finishes packing the last of the things “and the things she said aren’t even true. I have a good job, I have a hobby I waste my time on, and a few close friends, what else do you want me to do?”

“Find a man, settle down” he shrugs “I don’t know Lily, it’s not my fault Mom and Becca think bad of you” Luke digs a deeper hole "You are twenty-four you should find somebody already, before you are to old”

“Too old?! A shout from the hallway interrupts “how is twenty-four to old or even thirty” Sammy adds

Junior steps closer “our uncle married and had kids when he was thirty-six”

“It’s different for men” Luke retorts, brushing off the kids “anyways, take Kyle, we can finish this conversation on the way to the car”

“No!” Junior blocks Lily from Luke “you can leave Kyle here take the stuff and come back for Kyle, but Lily isn’t going to help you”

Sammy jumps in “yeah, if you are going to put Lily down just because of your standards then you don’t deserve Lily’s help”

“Tsk- Lily are you helping me or not” Luke ignores the two, looking towards Lily

“These two are right, you, Becca, even Mom” Lily frowns “you guys only want to tell me what to do, but do guys actually ever help me when I need help”

“Are you being serious right now Lily” Luke grows more impatient

“Think about it Luke, when was the last time you called without an ulterior motive” Lily’s expression fading dark “when was the last time you called just to talk with me or went to lunch without prying into my love life or simply came over for a visit”

“I- that- we have busy lives” Luke defends “you are the only one that has time to- “

“What makes you think that” Lily grumbles “Just go, I’ll be right down with the rest of the stuff”

“What Lily make him do that!” Junior argues

Sammy gestures “I’ll help”

“Ugh! Fine, if it has that guy leave sooner” Junior glares

The three collect the few items, and head down to the car. Packing the car, as Luke buckles Kyle in, they wave goodbye to Luke as he drives away in a fit.

“Alright guys let’s head in- “Lily pauses, looking in the opposite direction “guys- MOVE!” she pushes the kids out of the way.
