“HAPPY BIRTHDAY!”
“Come in, come in, guys!”
Exclaimed Feli, changing his expression from a tired one, to an excited one.
It was Feli’s nineteen year old birthday. It was supposed to be a day where his smile would be all the way to his ears, every second for the rest of the day. Activity after activity. Pizza eating contests and movie night. It was actually like that, but Feli’s mind was somewhere else. The outside found itself in a cold situation. Snow dandruffs found their way from the sky, coloring the ground and the top of the warm homes in pure white, the color of the Angelic, and an act of intense difference in terms of real life visual graphics and modern vibes of lost and forgotten childhood memories.
Everyone had a good time except Feli Uro, with his thoughts somewhere… else.
The dream that he had, before he woke up, was the most intense feeling of agonizing curiosity that he couldn't remember everything that happened, only the latest part of his own story, of his own life.
Outside the block, Feli, who wasn’t suited up for this specific moment, and just came out in his short pants, and thin hoodie, looked in the middle of a large light created by a street lamp, where the small snowflakes made their way in the lighted up scene, from inside the gray skies.
“What if I didn’t wake up?”
Asked Feli with a deep whisper, exhaling deeply afterwards.
He had a lot, yet he felt so lonely, like a place where he didn’t belong. From the moment he woke up, tired in the morning, his “dream, made him feeling home-sick.
Feli changed his sight towards the gray skies one last time, slightly inhaling through his nose, feeling the cold breeze going inside his entire face. Exhaling deeply through his mouth, Feli went back towards the entrance of the apartments as the scene fades into white.
THE END
