A holographic projection flickered to life, revealing ancient texts and artifacts recovered from the ruins. The imagery depicted a past filled with grandeur and foreboding.

The Queen began, “Long before the disaster that reshaped Atlantis, the ancient Atlanteans sought to harness the power of Oceanus, the primordial sea deity. To achieve this, they imprisoned him, using powerful magic and technology. They bound his essence to serve as an infinite energy source, creating what we now know as the Aquarian Core.”

A new image appeared, showing a depiction of Oceanus being restrained by Atlantean sorcerers and scientists. “Oceanus was imprisoned to be used as a weapon of unimaginable power. The Core was born from this unholy union of divine essence and advanced technology.”

The King of Atlantis, seated at the head of the table, looked troubled. “Oceanus was imprisoned before the disaster? Then the sinking of Atlantis must have been part of a larger plan or a consequence of the Core’s sentience reacting against its own misuse.”

The Core’s Sentience and the Disaster:

The Queen nodded. “Indeed. The Core, despite being a tool, developed sentience beyond the Atlanteans’ control. When the Atlanteans’ greed and misuse of Oceanus’s power reached a critical point, the Core acted to prevent a complete annihilation.”

A depiction of Atlantis sinking appeared. “Oceanus’s displeasure led to him using the Core to sink Atlantis as a form of retribution. But instead of merely destroying the civilization, the Core took a dramatic step to save the Atlanteans from total extinction. It transformed them into their current aquatic forms and sealed itself away to prevent further misuse.”

The Prophecy and the Core’s Role:

The King of Xebel, intrigued, asked, “How does this connect to the prophecy we’ve encountered?”

“The Core,” the Queen explained, “while in a dormant state, communicates through the prophecy that has been echoing throughout the ocean. The prophecy speaks of a warrior—Aquaris—who will have the power to unite the kingdoms and possibly wield the Core’s energy.
