There's going to be lots of Norse mythology terms in this book. So I hope you all don't mind and will still enjoy it. And apologize in advance if the story is not up to par/not as your expectation. Please do not ignore the warning that is written above because the plot of this story will be very heavy, dark, and triggering. I do not recommend people who are easily triggered and underage to read the story. This story also contains Stockholm syndrome & Sexual assault, please do not read if you are uncomfortable with it.

About Characters :

Noi Eirian Anson

Noi:
Means "small, little, few" in Thai and Lao.

Eirian:
Means "bright, beautiful" in Welsh.

The step-son of the Anson household, a family of painters that have been painting for the Head family of Blackburn for 500 years. An 18-year old boy who almost has no fear or despair. Has an unstable emotion that often leads him to act out without thinking whenever he gets triggered by distress. But still, he would try to not prejudice others without any reason whenever he can. Balan's favourite little lamb because of his feisty attitude and resistance that looks so cute in the latter's eyes.

Yngvarr - Agnarr XIV Balan Ragnvaldr-Brigh Blackburn

Yngvarr:
the Old Norse form of Ingvar, which was derived from the name of the god Yngvi combined with arr meaning "warrior".

Balan:
Name is taken from Balam; a great and powerful king of Hell who commands over forty legions of demons.

A man with many names. He once called Bragr, first-foremost of his kind and Renatus, a man that is born once again. First-Generation Vampire and head of the Blackburn household. No one (but the member of his household) really knows the exact age of his, but the man himself had for sure been around more than 500 years, long before The Anson family got involved with him. Noi often said that he's a crazy perverted selfish jerk (which is true), but Balan just referred to himself as ancient.

Elvar - Lambert Stellan-Varg Blackburn

A quiet individual and doting lover of Tao. Balan's faithful offspring and the second member of the Blackburn household. Sworn brothers as well as the most trusted man of Balan. He fought alongside the man back in their early human age, making him the only existing person who knows the complete history of the head of Blackburn.

Tao Thuanthong Blackburn

A happy-go-lucky cheery guy and Lambert's adorable lover. Lambert's offspring and the youngest member of the Blackburn household and village. A Thai-Chinese descent and the last one that had been turned. He is aged 304 years old, still childish and clingy to his lover and Balan but will go full mother hen for Noi. The softest and most humane out of three and in the entire village as he didn't even dare to drink blood nor eat the flesh of humans yet.

Side characters:

Hel

Goddess of Death and the ruler of Niflheim, the realm of dishonoured death. She has a very beautiful and alluring appearance but has the bad personality of being selfish and doesn't take rejection very well. Hel is the one who put an unbreakable necromancy spell on Balan, making him immortal in hopes that one day, she'll be able to fully own him in the end.
