They sit waiting for nearly 45 minutes, and Barbara finally appears, standing behind them on the rooftop.

BARBARA: I presume you are waiting for me? .... Do your worst!

They both stand, Max draws the weapon on her.

BARBARA: Oh my, it appears she has not told you yet, so you have no idea what is about to happen.

Max looks around confused as Barbara smiles.

LADY ZHOU: The truth is, the last time we tried to eliminate her .... some of her blood got mixed with mine ...and .... well ....

Lady Zhou kicks Max in the balls, he drops the weapon, and she crushes it with her boot.

LADY ZHOU: They call me ...THE DEVILS BRIDE!

Her eyes turn black like a doll, as she smiles. Max struggles on the ground, now defenseless. Barbara uses her ability and the three of them appear on the stage, to the shock of everyone.

BARBARA: The one you sent to stop me, is helpless ...and his sidekick is actually my bride.

The residents and city officials all look on in shock.

LADY ZHOU: I say we rip him apart .... Literally.

They each grab an arm of Max, and begin to pull, as Max screams and the audience screams, his entire body is ripped in half, the blood sprays all over the crowd and stage as Barbara and Lady Zhou laugh maniacally. The two halves are left in a pool of blood on the stage.

They both stand smiling, covered in blood.

Weston City continues to become a hellscape ruled by The Devil.
