One by one the days continued to pass by after Diana's funeral. Arthur was still not going out of his room.
"Arthur?" Lea said after she knocked on the door.
She was holding a tray with a loaf of bread and a glass of water for Arthur, who barely eats. All of them were affected by Diana's sudden death but Arthur was the most in pain.
"Arthur, I know that you are still grieving," she said as she put down the tray in front of the door. "But let me remind you, you have to be strong for your son."
Lea stared at the door for a brief moment and then left with sadness in her eyes.
Vincent, Arthur's son saw and heard Lea. He was listening from the back of a cabinet near Arthur's room. Vincent may still be a kid but he's also smart enough to understand what's happening. He knew that his mother wouldn't be coming back and their life will never be the same again.
"Father . . ." Vincent said softly after he knocked on the door. He waited until the door finally opened.
He was greeted by his father's sweet smile but with a sorrowful gaze in his eyes.
"What is it?" Arthur said.
Vincent gave him a tight hug that makes Arthur cry. The tears he was suppressing as he greeted his son, came out all of a sudden. The warm embrace from his son definitely makes him feel better.
"Father, I'm sure mother wanted to give you a hug. That's why I'm giving it to you, for her." Vincent embraced Arthur tighter. "It's nobody's fault. It's not your fault. It's not Roger, Sky, and Lea's fault. So please stop blaming yourselves."
Vincent was always aware of and always watching everyone from afar. He knew how everyone was grieving at his mother's death. He saw everyone blamed themselves fo his mother's death.
Arthur gently smiled at his son and patted his head. He realized how Vincent was struggling on his own, with the burden of caring for each one of them.
"I'm sorry Vincent, your father got weak. Thank you for enduring it well. Now you can rest and leave it to me. I promise that I'll be strong from now on."
Vincent smiled back at his father and then suddenly burst into tears.
"It's okay. Let it all out." Arthur gently tapped his son's back comforting him.

Lea suddenly leaned on the wall in the hallway, when she's far enough from Arthur's room. She's also devastated by Diana's death.
She slowly sat down and crouched. Lea also blamed herself for his friend's death. She thought that she could have to save Diana if she tried to, but at that moment all that was in her mind was Diana's last message to her.
"Promise me, always be there for Arthur."
"I'm so sorry, Diana. I'm very sorry." Tears started to thread in her cheeks.
Arthur immediately ran to Diana at that time. Everyone was panicking on what should be done.
Lea instantly thought to help teleport the children away from there. One by one she teleported them. While doing so, she received a message from Diana through telepathy.
"Lea, listen very well and do exactly what I'm going to say. Please save Arthur. Remember this, teleport here and teleport away immediately after you got Arthur."
"But what about you?" Lea protested.
"I'm beyond saving. There's no chance that we could all escape from here. As soon as you got Arthur, teleport him away immediately. Our enemy is so strong, she's an esper with multiple abilities. We only have one chance to make this plan work. I'll leave everything to you, my friend."
"No! Diana!"
"Sorry for putting the responsibility on your shoulder. I'll be forever grateful to you."
Diana's words seemed like he already accepted her death and ready to bid farewell.
"Why do I feel so much guilt? Why do I feel somehow relieved?" Lea thought to herself? "I can't understand myself."
