On the way to the school building, Dylan grumbled; it wasn't fair. He glanced behind him only to see the boy he had met earlier climbing over the fence and leaving the school premises, making Dylan more uproar. "Teacher! Teacher! That kid - he!" The teacher didn't even pay attention and told him to quiet down inside the building. "But-!" He started again to be said back with a hush and threatened to call his parents, making him sigh with annoyance.
He sat in his seat with the other students with crossed arms, and his friends went over to sit next to him. "Hey, what happened? Why did you get in trouble with the teacher? "The curly girl asked, whose name was Jinx. Dylan shrugged and said. "I don't know. I didn't even do anything. It was a mistake..." He picked at the blocks on the playmate while his other friend, Susie, said, "Well, not to tattle tale, Markie. "She said with a scrunched nose, and the ginger-haired male, Brick, nodded. "Ye' I saw Markie over there being a snitch earlier. We can always have him eat playdough again." He snickered, making Jinx give a gross face.
"Attention, children! We have a new student in our class. "The teacher began clapping her hands to get the kids' attention and circle on the floor. The kids looked at the door and saw a boy walk in, with black hair curled around his golden-brown freckled face and light brown eyes. Dylan stared at the boy without a beat and stood up with a point. "Y-you was just-!" He began talking over the teacher. "Dylan, sit down!" She placed her hands on the curly haired boy and continued when he sat back down with a thump.
"Now, as I was saying, everyone, please welcome Rulan to our lovely class, "She said with a smile, then told him to go put up his things, "Now, students, as Dylan said, you might have seen him outside," she began. "He was here for a school tour and was new to the neighborhood. "She glanced over at Dylan. "So be nice to our new student. "And with that, all the children nodded, "Yes, Miss Fetcher!"
