“AHHHHH YOU BASTARD KILL HIM BROTHERS KI—”
SWOOSH!
Before the man could even finish his cry, Tian Ping moved with blinding speed, severing the cloaked man's head with his own sword. Bam! The head hit the ground with a thud, rolling over to the feet of the other three cloaked men, who stared down at it in horror.
"He was just a bit too loud for my liking," Tian Ping said, his tone calm and indifferent, as if he had merely swatted away a fly. He stood there, cold and unfazed, his golden eyes fixed on his remaining enemies.
The blue-haired girl, though still wounded and leaning against the tree, couldn't tear her eyes away from Tian Ping. She was terrified, but also in awe—watching him, she felt a strange mix of fear and admiration at his sheer power and unflinching presence.
One of the remaining cloaked men swallowed hard, his face paling as he glanced at his fallen comrade. "Jiang was a peak dantian stage expert... How could he lose to this kid, whose cultivation is just at the 6th stage?" Panic flickered in his eyes before he steeled himself, trying to mask his fear. "Whatever. We just need to buy time until the boss arrives," he thought, desperately searching for a way to survive the storm that was Tian Ping.
