15 minutes after the bell rang, Jake finally arrived at school. He was terrified about his sweaty smell so he asked if he could use the bathroom. On the account that he was a senior, they let him clean up before going to his class.
By this time it had been 30 minutes and Jake walked into the classroom quite late. "Jake! Why are you so late!" The teacher looked at Jake surprised but still spoke out loud. Everyone looked back to see Jake standing awkwardly. "Ahh, I missed the bus so I had to walk." The teacher looked puzzled, "Shouldn't there be a lot of stops on your way here?" Jake only coughed in embarrassment, "I kept on missing it." The teacher rolled his eyes before going back to the board.
"That's strange of you being late." Lucien leaned over and whispered to Jake. Jake could only roll his eyes, and look at his book.

'I'm so close!' Jake couldn't help but inwardly squeal about the progress. It proved that the book truly was a special power as it was with him the whole time. He was also excited about what the wheel could be.
"Yo bro, what happened to you yesterday? After the exams, I tried contacting you but I got no response!" Lucien felt betrayed as he spoke graciously. "I went to work, that's all." As the two spoke quietly about yesterday, Jake had a thought.
"Hey, can you see this book?" Lifting the special book, Lucien gave a confused expression. "Of course I can, do you take me as blind?" Jake's heart clenched as possibilities ran through his mind.
"What about the text inside?" Flipping to the shop page, Jake wanted to see if Lucien could read it. Squinting his eyes, he shook his head, "I don't see anything, did you use invisible ink or something?" Hearing this, Jake felt relieved. As long as people couldn't read his info it was all ok.
As the class went on, Jake realized the teacher was just reviewing the stuff from the past year to get everyone ready for college. Jake didn't care about it as he kept flipping through his book. He tried to find some secret stuff but all he saw was 5 empty pages at the back of the book.
He tried ripping one out, but when he closed it and opened it again, a new page would be there. 'At least it's good for infinite paper.' Jake had a vision where all the paper came from him, and the poor trees wouldn't have to be cut down anymore. In the next moment though he shook his head, 'When have I become such a treehugger?'
After examining what he could, he slid the book into his backpack and thought about its disappearance and once again felt the reassurance of his balls.
The class soon ended and the next one began as everyone went to their next class. Jake wasn't excited about this one as the teacher would do the same as the last teacher and review the work from this year.
As he sat in his class again, he thought about the words of the skill, Omniscient Eye. Realizing he forgot to test something, he imagined the eye on his eye. The mental strain came again, but it didn't matter compared to what happened next.
Jake remembered the wording of the skill saying it could die and as he thought that, the vision in front of him started to change. On his two normal eyes, he saw the transparent eye float in front of him, while on his Omniscient eye, it saw the board a lot closer.
Jake didn't have time to be excited though as a more intense pain started to fill his mind. He slowly extended the reach of the eye. With each foot, the pressure on his head became greater. From his spot to the board was about 15 feet.
The eye was now only a few inches from the board, but Jake could barely concentrate on it as he held his head in pain. It was becoming too much! "Erg!" He let out a low growl as his head felt like it was getting crushed from the inside out. He could barely focus on the vision of the eye as he saw it pass the wall and enter the next classroom. However, as he saw it, his vision began to fade. In the next moment, it all went black.
After an unknown period of time, Jake slowly woke up, his eyes fixed on the tiled ceiling above him. He felt his head as a slight pain pervaded throughout his head. Looking up, he realized he was in the nurse's office. "Did I faint?" Hearing Jake moving, the old nurse spoke, "Yeah you fainted about two hours ago, you have been sleeping ever since."
Hearing that, Jake had a bad expression, 'So much time passed?' However, remembering what happened his eyes began to glow, 'I have surprised myself, to think I could push myself to pass out!' Realizing what happened, Jake couldn't help but let out a chuckle. When had he pushed himself so hard? Five years ago when he was on the lacrosse team? That sounds about right.
Jake clenched his fists in excitement. A strange fire burned in Jake's heart as if he had the strength to do everything.
"Get out of my office if you are alright!" The old nurse showed him away, leaving him holding his head in embarrassment and causing the headache. While he walked to his classroom he thought about what he experienced. It seemed his skill allowed him to expand his sight with a max of 20 feet, but anything past 10 feet was too strenuous for Jake to bear without having a hurt head. Entering his class, he saw that everyone had their phones out or had board games on different tables. Looking around, he spotted someone he knew.
