but the man wrote it off as the babbling of an ill woman. If anything it made him angrier at Naken for hiding behind a young girl and an ill woman.
This continued for a long while until Natalia was reaching her adult years and Naken was almost a preteen. Natalia had a plan to take Naken and leave with her boyfriend at the time. She promised Naken she would take care of him and make sure he could go to bed without bruises again. Naken wanted to believe his big sister but he was terrified of their father. He would constantly say how he wished Natalia had been his mother and her boyfriend at that time was his dad. They were always so kind to him. Natalia's boyfriend always played with him and would give him tips on how to look good with long hair even styling it for him. But things didn't go as planned. Natalia was volunteered by her father and grandfather for an arranged marriage. They even did things so her boyfriend would be out of the picture. The thing that truly got rid of her boyfriend was when her father accused him of being a robber and stealing things from them, getting him put in prison with a good lawyer supplied by the grandfather. Natalia was devastated by this and forced to deal with no real freedom from home while getting some of the punishment Naken did from her father. Natalia grew hateful of her father and of the burden her mother brought. She would even lash out at Naken sometimes. She always felt like the worst person alive. She would quickly run to apologize to him saying how sorry she is. It made her feel worse when Naken would say it's okay and she didn't mean it and that she was just hurting.
Naken grew to hate himself more, especially hearing Natalia cry at night. He hated how weak he was and how he couldn't find a way to make things better for her. He felt powerless as the person he loved the most was miserable almost every day. He eventually saw how Natalia closed
