Holly looked down from the viewing balcony within the main chapel, watching a group readying the alter for a small ritual. She leaned against the stone railing as she watched the preparation below her "Hey" a voice greeted behind her, Holly's head spun back to see Thiren smiling back at her "Escaped Hermione already?" "I needed a break from finding my 'craft'" Holly answered, returning her attention to below. Thiren took his place beside her, he too looking down at the preparation "Did you know that the Night Coven allows smaller covens to form under its roof?" he questioned, taking Holly back a little whilst confusing her with the unknown fact "What?". "They're nicknamed 'inner circles', but in all honesty, they're small friendship covens" he stated with a warm smile "When you find a group of people who share the same interests, thoughts and opinions, a common goal, your idea of a coven, you form a firm connection and bond to each other" Thiren continued. Holly watched from the corner of her eye, seeing how bright he was when sharing his knowledge on the topic "Doesn't matter what type of witches or people are in the group, as long as everyone feels a firm connection to each other, the coven is whole" he stated. "Are you in one?" Holly asked before thinking, Thiren shook his head "No, but I'd like to" he smiled "A small coven of friends sounds nice" "Yeah, it does" the hypnotic agreed, her eyes narrowing at herself as she looked down below "Shame I'll never be a part of one... bet no one will take a powerless half-witch" she stated. Thiren reached over and placed his hands over Holly's on the railing "You are not powerless" he told her as she begun to feel her face heat up "...neither of my parents are kitchen witches- dad's a necromancer working in a hospital morgue and mom's a green witch working in a botanical garden and running a book club" he admitted as Holly turned her head back to him, eyes slightly drawn wide. "So when it became clear I wasn't going to be a death or green witch, they started panicking about whether I even carried the same magical blood" he continued "How did you find out you were a Kitchen witch?" holly found herself asking, watching a smile draw itself across Thiren's face "My great grandmother" he answered. "When I was ten and she was babysitting me, she got me to help her with some baking, it turned out that I was a natural and my parents looked into kitchen witchcraft, taught themselves the basics before teaching it to me and that's where I landed" Thiren explained, holding up his hand and within a glow browned glow, a tiny daisy grew within the centre of his palm "You can do green witchcraft?" Holly asked as Thiren laughed a little to himself "Kind of, it's tiny, but I did inherit a little of my mom's genes" he smiled.
"I... my mum practices almost everything, both her and my cousin can do magic whilst I can't- I can't even draw a functioning basic protection rune" Holly stated, and as though to prove her statement, flicked up her hand, a faint glowing rune drawing in front of it before fading into a puff of smoke. Thiren raised a brow "...has all the witches on your mother's side practiced all crafts?" "Yeah... they have" Holly answered, disappointed in herself at being the first unsuccessful and powerless witch of her mother's line "I'm grateful for the curse- if it wasn't for the hypnotic curse, I would be dead in a Grey Army base or still in the Human Realm" Holly stated, looking down at her hands. "But because of it, I touch that side of me, I can feel it in my blood- if that makes sense- but I can't reach it" she said as Thiren's brows knotted "...mind if I suggest something?" he asked as Holly shrugged her shoulders "What do I have to lose?" she answered "If you feel like you can't reach it, like it's in your blood, have you... tried to find another way to reach it?" Thiren questioned as Holly pulled a confused face. She slowly shook her head "No?" "Can I?" he asked, holding out his hand to her as she hesitantly lent him her hand, watching Thiren pluck a safety pin off his jacket sleeve, motioning her to take it with her other hand "Maybe try bringing it to the surface another way" he suggested. Holly took the safety pin, brows knotted as she followed his direction, pricking her index finger, a tiny droplet of crimson now sitting on the pad of her finger "Now try the rune again" Thiren encouraged and after flicking her hand, the intended protection rune summoned brightly in front of her hand with a dark pink glow and held strongly until she let the rune fall "Holy shit- I did it" she smiled in disbelief. Thiren smiled at her excitement "I think the hypnotic curse, turning you half demon, also made you transition from a Eclectic witch to a blood witch" he offered his theory "And there is a couple blood witches here if you want to meet one of-" "Yes" Holly answered both too quickly and excited, immediately covering her mouth and apologising as Thiren laughed "Not a problem, come on, I think one of them is in the library right now" he said, leading the way with Holly following close behind him.
Very quickly, the two found the woman that Thiren mentioned within the library. "This is Agana Dool, the Elder Blood Witch of the Night Coven" Thiren introduced the lady as Holly looked up at the impressive albino woman standing before her "We figured out that Holly's curse made her a blood witch" Thiren started before Agana's face immediately lit up from the news and took Holly's hands in her own "That is amazing news- I am the one teaching the few blood crafters here in the coven, we have a lesson in a couple hours, would you like to come?" Agana asked. Holly felt hesitant about agreeing, but after Thiren offered the suggestion of him going with her, she felt a little more at ease.

The second Tord got home, he found Tom on the couch watching a movie and decided to join him, not really bothering to change out of his uniform first. At the end of the movie however, both had fallen asleep together on the couch.
Edd pulled the car up in the driveway, looking out through the windscreen to see the house quiet and unalive, immediately feeling uneasy as him and Matt got out of the car and grabbed their bags, heading up to the front door. Edd unlocked the front door and froze with his hand on the door knob, hearing how dead the house seemed, he shook his head "I-I can't... what if-" "They must be asleep" Matt suggested before nudging Edd's arm "Don't worry" Matt smiled. The other hesitantly turned the doorknob and opened the door, the two stepping into the house and closing the front door behind themselves before venturing further into the house. They stepped into the living room, watching the silent credit scene of a movie filing through the tv screen then looked down at the couch, both of them instantly smiling and holding in their laughter whilst Edd pulled out his phone and quickly snapped a picture of Tord holding Tom close to him as the two slept on the couch.
Edd grinned as he gently nudged Tom's arm, the half demon slowly waking up and his movement waking Tord up, both looking up to see their two housemates for a couple seconds before their brains finally registered and both immediately moved away from each other, panic blown through their faces "It's not what it looks like" Tom first blurted out, both his and Tord's face turning red as the other two boy burst out laughing. "Guessing you two had fun this weekend" Edd joked "We can explain-" "You two finally made up then?" Matt questioned, cutting off Tord a little after calming his own laughter down as Tom started to growl under his breath "Is that a problem?" he somewhat hissed as Edd shook his head "No- we're happy for you two, really" he answered "And a little glad that the fighting's gonna stop now" Matt added.
After the two left the living room to unpack from their trip, Tord turned to Tom, watching the half demon fold his arms and keep his angered scowl "...you don't have a problem with people knowing about us, right?" the soldier hesitantly questioned as Tom refused to look him in the eyes "No, I... are we... are we actually dating or just-" "We're dating, I assure you, Thomas" Tord reassured the half demon, a statement that drew Tom's gaze back to his own. "I... I don't mind people knowing..." Tom answered, letting the soldier gently hold his hand "Then I need to warn you, I'm most likely going to announce to the realms that we're an item" Tord smirked, cracking a small laugh from Tom's lips.

Holly quietly closed the door behind herself as she returned back to the dorm she was staying in, only for a flashlight to turn on across the room and nearly blind her as its light shone in her face "Hey-" "Oh, it's just Holly" Hermione's voice stated in relief from the dark as the hypnotic felt around for the light switch. "Of course it's her, no one else has a reason to come in here" "Tyla, a lot of people in this building alone have reasons to sneak into our room" Gabriella told the other girl as Holly finally found the light switch and flicked it on, lighting the room as all four girls squinted their eyes from the bright light. "Where did you disappear to earlier?" Hermione questioned, tilting her head as Holly looked back at the other girls, finding each one in their respected beds and in their pyjamas "With Agana and the other blood witches" Holly answered as Gabrielle raised a brow "What were you doing with blood witches?" she questioned "Thiren helped me figure out that, possibly thanks to the hypnotic curse, that I'm a... blood... witch-" "Really?!" Hermione exclaimed in pure excitement, happy to hear that the hypnotic had found her craft. Holly nodded her head "Yeah, and um Agana told me that given my mother and cousin are 'practice-everything' witches, that there might be a chance that I could still do that with my 'version' of blood magic" the hypnotic said, giving the other girls a hopeful look "So, I was wondering- if you don't mind- teaching me a little about each of your crafts" she asked, right before Hermione jumped off her bed and ran over to the hypnotic, giving her a tight hug "Yes! plant buddies!" the green witch exclaimed. "You're going to regret asking me that" Gabriella stated with a dark smirk as Tyla swung off her bunk, landing on the ground and stepping over to Holly and Hermione "This is gonna be exciting" the sea witch smiled.
Tom stared back at her with a confused face "What?" he questioned yet when she answered, her words were extremely muffled, he shook his head "N-no, I..." he was cut off with more muffled speech, Angelina desperately trying to explain something to him, something important, something he couldn't hear at all. "No" Tom took a step back, his own voice going silent on him, unable to hear what he himself was telling the girl or more of what the girl had to say before her friend came into view. "The Grey Leader's son is at the house" the boy told Angelina before she grabbed his wrist, asking him to do something, Tom still couldn't hear what they were talking about "Corey!" her voice cut off the boy, desperateness in her voice "Make him forget... please" she begged.

Tom woke up in pure confusion from the memory he had been dreaming about for the pass couple of days now.
She asked her friend to get rid of his memory of something, something important, and it was still confusing Tom of what exactly it was.
Yet again, he chose to shake the thought out of his head and drag himself out of bed, to get ready for the day and join the others in the kitchen. "He's alive" Edd joked as the half demon stepped into the kitchen and sat down at the table with the other three.
Edd has community college today, Matt has a later start at work, Tord's day will start at midday and end late at the army base again... and Tom himself had absolutely nothing.
'Shouldn't have moped about for so fucking long' Tom stabbed the thought at himself "So what are you and the other engineers at the Red Army working on?" Edd asked Tord before taking another big bite of cereal "My group are working on a form of bio-tech to help couples unable to physically have children to well have biological children," Tord started "We're still working out some kinks but the idea to get a form of DNA from both parents and have the bio-tech fuse it to create and birth a kid, if that makes sense" he continued. "They're thinking of calling it the 'Infant Bio Plan', the 'IB. Program' for short" Tord stated, cringing at the name as it left his mouth, obviously proving that bit was not his idea for the project "Queen Ianthe has actually given the engineers some good notes of the celestial creation magic that we'd like to try and incorporate into the tech" "Sounds really interesting and exciting" Matt smiled, gaining a smile back from Tord.
Soon, Edd and Matt left the house for their own days whilst the other two retreated back to their own rooms; Tord to get ready for his day at the army base and Tom... just sitting in his room for a bit, bored out of his mind as his own thoughts of the memory lose rode throughout his head. Within seconds, he found himself searching up reversing spells on his phone and reading through online articles all telling him the same two things: either the spell caster lets down the spell themselves or he regained the missing memory himself. Basically leading him to another deadend. It wasn't really bugging him that he lost his memory about hypnotics, it really didn't, but the more that one bit of memory kept replaying itself in his sleep, the more he wanted to know the reason why the hypnotic took his memory in the first place.
