Leo woke up that morning with only one thing on his mind and he planned to do something about it. He gathered some stuff in a backpack and prepared to set off. "Hey! Wait!" He turned around to see Belle running after him with a big bag full of stuff.  "I'm going too." Leo held up his hands and gestured no. "Please! I heard what you and dad were talking about last night! I'm not an idiot! Just because I'm younger than you and my dad it doesn't mean I'm an idiot! I'm an inventor too." "No. Belle." Thomas said as he walked in. "it's too dangerous." "Dad! I'm not a weakling!" "Sure, but how will you defend yourself?" "Look, I have my bat here, and a bag full of inventions." "Belle... No. That's final." "Why not?!" "You're all I have left. If I lose you too.." "You're not gonna lose me. I'm sorry dad, but I don't want to sit and rot alone in my house in the woods... I can help people... I can help Leo." Belle said with tears in her eyes. "Belle... I... Leo." Leo looked at him puzzled. "I'll let Belle go, but if she doesn't come back I'll never forgive you. You have to promise to bring her back." Leo looked at the ground and then at Belle, He smiled. He reached his hand out to shake Thomas's hand. They shook hands as to say "I promise". "Okay, It's time we go dad." "Okay, be safe. I love you." "I love you too dad."

The two set out in the direction of where the airship was supposed to be. Nothing was being said (Obviously) So Belle decided to try to bond with Leo some. "So you and my dad are getting along, huh?" Leo nodded. "He really likes you Leo, like a son... I always wanted a brother... Or just a friend." Leo looked at her and smiled. "I used to have a lot of friends. Then my mom died... I got depressed and pushed everyone away, no one wanted to be my friend anymore." Leo kept listening. "Heh, I kinda feel like we're super heroes or something." ... "Like... We're going to save the day or something." Leo smiled. "We should come up with a team name, Hmmm. Oh! The Freedom Fighters! You can be the leader as long as I get to be the co-leader." Leo smiled and nodded as to say "Sure".  "Hey let's shake on it. Like an initiation. Leo turned around and extended his hand and Belle shook it. This marks the creation of the Freedom Fighters, not much now, but I assure you they will soon be so much more. 

"Leo! Look that's the landing site! We just need  to wait here until it gets here." So they did. They sat and waited... And waited... And waited. Until finally it arrived. "Look, they're resupplying or something, this is our chance to get aboard. They snuck up behind a guard and bonked him on the head knocking him out. "Hide in these crates." They got in the crates and waited to be brought aboard. They were loaded onto an elevator that brought them up to the ship. No guards were on it so they decided to get out of the crates. "Erm, that's weird. Why do they have a crate full of this like human-pig guy. Why do they need these?" Soon the elevator reached the top. they entered the ship. (It's time)
