In the bustling streets of the city of Orkano, Akio and Yoko were wandering. Yoko's facial expressions were worried, suggesting that she was looking for someone.
Suddenly, they stopped walking as a group of men caught their attention, surrounding a person standing in a dark alley. That person was Ken, with red hair and gray eyes, wearing a white hat, leaning against an old wall while lighting a cigarette as gang members surrounded him. He seemed calm, as if he was uninterested in the situation, while the men around him wore mocking smiles and eyes full of threat.
One of the gang members said, "You seem brave enough to stand here alone, huh? Do you think you can face the Orkano gang?"
Ken slowly exhaled smoke, his eyes glinting coldly: "I wasn't looking for trouble, but it seems trouble is looking for me."
One of the men approached him, trying to snatch his sword. In that moment, with lightning speed, Ken grabbed the sword and ignited flames around him using fire magic. The men felt a sense of fear when they saw the flames surrounding his sword, and they took a step back.
Ken said in a cold voice, "I think this is the end of our conversation. You’d better back off."
The gang was confused, and its members retreated, looking at each other before fleeing, leaving Ken alone in the alley.
Yoko started to stare intently at Ken, feeling shocked.
Akio asked, "What's wrong? Do you know this guy?!"
Yoko, with tear-filled eyes as she watched the scene from a distance, exclaimed, "Isn't that Ken?! I can't believe it!!
Without hesitation, Yoko ran towards Ken, and without a word, threw herself into his arms, bursting into tears.
Yoko said, "Ken... I've missed you. I can't believe I've finally found you!"
Ken felt confused, standing still while smoking his cigarette, then looking at her tear-streaked face: "Who... are you?"
Yoko stared at him in shock, then stammered, "Ken... I'm Yoko... don't you remember me?"
Ken appeared shocked, but maintained his composure: "...Yoko? Are you... Yoko?"
Yoko smiled with tears of joy in her eyes, nodding in agreement. Ken took the cigarette from his mouth and crushed it on the ground, as if trying to comprehend the surprise.
At that moment, Akio intervened with a smile: "And I am Sakamoto Akio, the future shogun of this continent!"
Ken smiled sarcastically, "Shogen, huh? You just look like a dreamy kid."
Akio feels frustrated and responds angrily, "I am not a kid! I can prove my strength!"
He raises his hand and unleashes the Lightning Faction from his fingers, turning the air around them into a faint glow. Ken looks at the lightning in amazement, then returns to his cool demeanor.
Ken: "Lightning Faction...? It seems you have something interesting."
Ken walks away a little, then turns his head and looks at them: "So, do you have a real goal or are you just kids playing with dreams?"
Akio and Yoko exchange determined glances, then follow him until they reach his home. The three sit inside the house, where Yoko and Akio begin to tell their stories.
Akio excitedly: "Listen, Ken, I intend to undertake a dangerous and difficult adventure, and I won't be able to complete it alone. I’m sure you will help me a lot! We want to seize the throne and make the world a better place! I will need your strength."
Ken leans against the wall, his eyes filled with coolness as he lights a new cigarette: "Revenge is the only thing that matters to me right now. I don’t have time for other people's dreams."
Akio is determined: "I will help you achieve your revenge, no matter what. Just give us the chance."
Ken: "And why should I trust a brat like you?!"
Akio: "I am not a kid! I am fourteen, and I am strong! I have the Lightning Faction, and you have the Fire Faction! It seems we all have goals to achieve, so we need to cooperate!"
Ken, beginning to feel exhausted from Akio's insistence, exhales smoke and looks at him with boredom: "Fine, I'll agree... but don’t expect me to change my goals."
At that moment, the door of the house opens, and Ken's friends, Adam and Kaito, enter, looking curiously at the new guests.
Adam: "Ken, who are these? What’s going on?"
Ken looks at them coldly: "I have to leave the house; I’m going for revenge."
Adam: "What?! But you haven’t completed your training yet; do you really intend to go right away?!"
Ken: "Yes, right away."
Kaito stares at him in shock: "What? Are you serious?"
Ken: "Yes. This is my goal, and I have to fulfill it as I promised."
Everyone exchanges glances, each carrying mixed feelings of parting, hope, and fear for the future.
