Rein was woken up by the sound of an animal tapping on the window. He wiped his eyes and strecthed his body. He looked around, everyone weren't there (the broken bed was also missing) . He went downstairs and find the other were eating at the table.

"Morning Rein." greeted Leena

"Mam, extra dumpling please." Rose raised her hand

"Where's Cade, Gar, and Fabian?" Rein looking around

"They were eating outside, helping fabian fix the bed.." Dianna put down her soup

"I don't see Laylah too."

"She's them." Sierra waving her chopsticks

"Here you go, boy." the owner handed Rein his portion on a wodden tray, it's a steamed dumpling and noddle.

"Thank you, mam. oh! i'll pay for today's fee."

"You can stay as long as you like, for free"

"Huh?"

She smiled while waving her hand "your friends have been really helpful to all of us." she went back to the kitchen.

"Fabian healed her backpain and her daughter." Leena explained

"Amala informed us that the fee for check up is about 500 siling." Rose added "No medicine."

"500?" Rein appalled

"Doctor was rare in this country, they mostly serves the aristocrat."

"i see.."

Rein quickly finishing his noodle, he then grabbed his dumpling and went outside to find the other. He saw them at the yard, not only they were fixing the bed, but also other furnitures, fabian wasn't with them.

"Boss!" Garland noticing Rein

"Why are you fixing all these furniture?" asked Rein "and where's Fabian?"

"the owner daughter asked us if we could help her mother." Kincade shook his head "Rose forced us."

"Fab is doing some check up around here." Garland mumbled "Sier doesn't want to help fixing this either."

He saw Fabian returned and waved at him. "Everything good?" Rein asked Fabian

 "I already resolved it, everyone are healthy now."

"It's good then, now help us fixing this. You help too, boss."

Rein gobbled up his dumpling and then helped the other fixing the furniture. It took them quite sometimes to fix everything because when they done, it already noon. They left the bar and heading back to their stall

"Rein, i need to go back to our ship." said Sierra "last night i told Amala to produced another batch."

"But returning to our ship took a whole day."

"Amala already sent it, she dropped the package a bit further from here." she looked at Garland "I'm going to need Deedee."

"Okay, i'm going with you." said Garland

"I'll help you too, Erra." Dianna smiled

Sierra made a weird expression, "Alright.." she sighed

"I'll join you." Kincade offered

Sierra shook her head, "i don't think there will be any danger."

"You sure?"

"Relax, i'm with them." Garland waved his hand

Kincade nodded and the three left to the stable to get Deedee. While waiting for them, Rein decided to opened the stall and sell what's left of their inventory. As soon as they opened their stall, there locals quickly gathered.

While they were busy selling, Rein saw bunch of palace guards rushing towards them. The guards told the crowds to move away, seeing the guards the crowds quickly dispersed. The guards stared at them for a while before informing them that the Emperor summoned them to the palace, because he was interested with their goods.

Rein was a bit sceptical, because the guards didn't seemed friendly, nevertheless he complied. The Guards told them that only mens were allowed inside the palace. Rein nodded, they then escorted to the palace, some of the guards stayed with the girls.

They entered the palace gate and greeted by the a man wearing a funny looking hat. He's the minister of guards, he brought them passing through a large garden where they could see 6 gates with different iconography. Rein asked the minister but was ignored. The minister led them to the middle gates with a spiral iconography. When the gates opened, Rein was astonished to see the huge palace partly made of green stone and huge door with carving depicting 5 creatures bowed at the spiral horns creature. He recognized the 5 creatures, and the spiral horns creature was similar to Deedee.

"Oh no.." Rein groaned

When they entered the green palace, there where several people already waiting for them there. The Emperor sat on the tallest throne made of the same green stone, a man that looked exactly like him stood beside him albeit with darker hair. Behind him were the ladies they saw yesterday and the sick girl. The Emperor glaring at them, the man beside him spoke.

"The minister informed me, a mere commoner dare to caught one of our sacred beast and treated them like a pack mule!"

"Did he meant Deedee?" Kincade whispered

Rein bowed at the Emperor "We- i am sorry your majesty, we are from a kingdom further south, we don-"

The Emperor raised his hand. The guards suddenly restrained Rein and made him kneel, they however unable to restrained Fabian and Kincade, because they were too big for them. To not further angering the Emperor, Rein told them to followed order and knelt. Both nodded and knelt beside Rein.

The man beside him inquired the Emperor to thrown them into the dungeon and publicly executed them in front of the masses as a warning for defiling the Emperor's sacred symbol. The Emperor however despite furious, seemed hesitant with the capital punishment.

"My great emperor.." the butterfly girl stood up from her seat. "please have mercy."

"They defile our sacred beast, their heads should be displayed on a pike."

"My great emperor.. what will your subjects think, if their emperor impulsively execute foreigner  because they weren't familiar with our culture, even our subject weren't told about the great magu Fuxhue existance."

The dark hair man grinned "No matter, a great emperor must be respected by his subjects, fear-"

The Emperor raised his hand to stopped the dark hair man. He seemed conflicted, he glanced at the old lady with butterfly iconography sat on the middle, she just stared back at him with calculating expression.

"Even the empress agreed with me, brother." said the dark hair man "Guards! sent them to the dungeon! And bring their companions here."

The butterfly girl was about to protest, but she suddenly slumped on to her chair. The Emperor looked scared, he quickly ran to the girl. The girl looked really pale and hyperventilating.

The Emperor shouted "Guards! summon doctor Toh!"

The guard hurriedly left the room.

Rein had an idea, "Your majesty! if i may-"

"Guards! throw them to the dungeon!" the dark hair man ordered

"Wait your majesty! my companion here." Rein gestured at Fabian "Is the renowned doctor in our kingdom!"

The palace became silent. The Emperor stared at them suspiciously, however one of the guard reported he heard  a rumour of a doctor wearing a Guorong costume treating peoples whenever he goes. he also added that even the patient with severe illness were miraculously recovered.

"Surely you dont beli-" the dark hair man protested

The guards returned with an old frail looking man, he carried a bag full of herbs (he must be the doctor). Rein watched him as he checking the girl while grinding the herbs. He asked the girl to swallowed the powder however she  was still hyperventilating. The doctor tried everything he could but none were working.

Fabian suddenly stood up and approached them. The guards tried to stop him. Rein and Kincade butted in and wrestled with the guards to allowed Kincade passes through. The emperor shouted at Fabian, but he just knelt beside the girl and gave her a candy which immediately calmed the girl (Rein saw Fabian secretly injecting a medicine under his hand while the other were distracted with the candy.)

Everyone was appaled, The Emperor was glad the girl was fine. Rein however noticed the dark hair man, and the dragonfly girl seemed not happy with the butterfly girl recovery.

"How did you do that, sir?" the doctor asked Fabian

Fabian knelt at the Emperor "I inquire your majesty to pardon us, inexchange i will do my best to heal the princess."

The Emperor quickly granted it and waved at the guards to let them go. Fabian went down to Rein and Kincade.

"I will stay in the palace for few days." said Fabian "Please get my equipment from the ship."

"Okay, are you sure you'll be alright here alone?" asked Rein

"I could stay with you." said Kincade

"Do not worry about me." Fabian returned to the girl. He asked the Emperor to prepared a secluded room.

The doctor seemed eager to learned about the girl illness but Fabian kindly told him that he had a secret technique that he didn't want share with other, which shocked the doctor. The doctor kept pleading until the Emperor sent him away (he babbles like a kid went the guard escort him.) and ordered the guards to prepared a room, and also calling the maids to help carrying the butterfly girl. Fabian followed the maids and the guard, leaving Rein and Kincade there. The Emperor ordered the guard to escorted them out of the palace.

Rein and Kincade bowed to the Emperor and left the palace. When they exited the palace gate, they were surprised to see Leena, Rose and Laylah waiting for them there.

"Rein! Cade! you're allright?" Leena looks worried "The guards suddenly tried to apprehend us."

"But Laylah kicked their butts!" Rose  enthused "You should have seen her, she was awesome!"

"Good work, Laylah." Kincade smiled, he patted her head which made Laylah blushed.

"Where's Fabian?" Leena looked around

"He stay at the palace to treat that girl."

"Really?"

"He asked us to bring his equipment from the ship. I hope Garland was still on the way." Rein used his watch to contact Garland

"What is it boss?" replied Garland

"Where are you?" Rein asked

"We almost reach our destination."

"I need you to return to our ship and bring Fabian's med kit."

"What? why?"

"Fabian is currently treating the sick princess. By the way, also return Deedee back to his herd.""

"Eh? whose pulling the cart then?"

"I authorize using the transport craft, but try staying out of sight. Anyway return Deedee and bring Fabian's med kit, hurry.."

"Uh.. Okay, boss."

"What is it Gar?"  Rein heard Sierra asking before turning off the comm

Rein looked at his companion "let's wait for them at our stall."

"Wait! before that, let's find something to eat, you guys must be starving too right?" Kincade grinned

"All those intensity make me a bit hungry." Rose elated.

"What about that cake from yesterday?" Leena suggested

"A cake huh?"

Rein chuckled "allright then, let's head there."
