Intriguingly, the origin of this calamity traced back to a rogue planet, existing beyond the jurisdiction of the pre-Council era. Long before the Galactic Council's formation, this planet dispatched spies, who infiltrated the secretive project over three decades earlier. These cunning agents manipulated the weapon's targeting systems, seeking to understand its full power before swiftly copying and believing to destroy its blueprints, leaving behind no evidence of their intrusion. After countless deliberations and meetings, the coalition to which Gantun and Opanious belonged too, agreed to share detailed backup schematics of the weapon, but under the condition that all wars would end, further development of such destructive technologies would cease, and all coalitions would merge into a unified superpower. This strategic move aimed to prevent the looming specter of mutually assured destruction and cultivate lasting peace among the galaxy's inhabitants. After years of tumultuous negotiations and the forging of strong alliances, the Galactic Council was born. Its inaugural day, named "Alpha Antara," marked the beginning of a long and arduous journey. External threats and internal conflicts posed daunting challenges, but the Council remained steadfast in its commitment to establishing peace, order, and prosperity across its planetary members. Science, with its emphasis on logic and reason, took its rightful place as the guiding light for all citizens within the Council, creating an unparalleled interstellar

Society. Following the catastrophic event on Osündo, over ten planets merged to form this unifying power known as the Galactic Council. Through the Council's collective strength, justice, peace, law, order, and safety were brought to every corner of the Galaxy, heralding a new era of progress and unity among the stars. As the pages of history turned, the Galactic Council's legacy would be etched into the annals of time as a beacon of hope for interstellar civilizations.

Their first call to action was hunting down the perpetrators who had stolen the Solar Laser project data. All roads led to the now named Outer Territories, as luck would have it, infiltration was their enemy's speciality, but technological advances were not. These fiends who ultimately helped create the greatest driving force the galaxy has ever seen took nearly a century to reverse engineer. Eventually, the Galactic Council found the base of enemy operations on a planet near the infamous Endless Riff. In a swift, calculated, and correct move on the board, the planet was bombarded with the use of nuclear weapons. Thousands of vessels surrounded the planet as the deep space was lit up like flames in complete darkness. That marked the end of a devastating, and intergalactic threat. It was too late for the enemy to retaliate, they were wiped out. The warring ships stayed for several decades to ensure no signals or survivors would leave the planet. 

This show of leadership and decisive action proved that the Galactic Council was a force not to be ignored. Regardless of this new super power, many planets still did not join, instead forming their own coalitions and groups, tensions would seem to rise between them, but ultimately, the Galactic Council proved itself to be the super power of the galaxy as many more than expected began to spontaneously join the ranks of the almighty greatness of the Council. 

The only question that now remained: would the awe-powerful and imperishable Council expand it's influence? Or keep to itself?
