A person from the past was able to see us. It was a tall man dressed in dark clothes. He had dark purple hair, a long purple coat and black clothes. A halo in the shape of a moon was levitating above his head along with a purple-glowing crystal.
Ethen was petrified. Sweat was pouring from his face.
I didn't understand the situation.
All the people stopped in place. The birds in the sky were levitating without moving, and the people who were marching were petrified.
Time stopped? But how and why?
I started looking at the people around me with a surprised expression on my face.
I turned towards the crowd, embarrassed.
"Hey! Will you explain to me what this means!? Who are you and why doesn't time space affect you?" I shouted to the person who was the only one who wasn't stopped in time.
It was a question for the tall, mysterious man.
The purple-haired man turned his head in my direction. The moment he did, I almost froze. I already know why Ethen reacted similarly. The aura he gives off is terrifying.
"How did you get here?" He asked.
His voice was so deep that I could hear the echo of that sentence in my head. I feel like I'm talking to someone higher in the hierarchy than me.
None of us answered him.
The stranger turned his head towards the crowd of people who had worshiped him moments ago. They stood like statues, after all, they were frozen in time.
"This village died because of the Hardy forest. You can't change its fate, what happened must remain as it is. Any of your actions are against the law and the code." The stranger explained to us.
A person from the past is talking to us? What is this feeling? I feel as if fear has taken control of my body. I can't move.
"Who... " Ethen started, but he was afraid to finish.
I immediately turned my head in his direction, surprised. I don't have the courage to speak myself.
"Who guards these rules?" He asked the question again, this time to the end.
"I guard."
Everything around us temporarily turned black after hearing his words.
"I don't know what information you're trying to find here and how you got the key to this memory. Know that you won't learn anything here and you won't change anything."
After a moment, we were in the village again, but it looked a bit different.
After he said these words, he dissolved into thin air.
I fell to the floor into a sitting position.
"What was that... " I asked the question.
The same village was around us, but something was different. There were significantly fewer houses and people. All around people were walking around with equipment for construction.
"Is this the present? No... that's impossible. This village shouldn't be here. After all, the Hardy got rid of its inhabitants." I said.
The people around us noticed us. They mainly stared at me because I was sitting on the ground as if I had seen a ghost.
If everyone around me can see me, it means that everything is fine now. There's just one problem.
"We are definitely back in the present. How on earth did this one conversation change the fate of these inhabitants." Ethen interpreted.
I looked at him and thought.
He's right.
I grabbed my chin with my hand.
"Wasn't the person we saw in the same position as us? He was an intruder of this memory and broke the law you mention so much. He was the one who changed the fate of this village by helping to defeat the Hardy. I think looking at it from my perfectionist perspective, it would all make sense." I mumbled.
"But how did he manage to break the basic law? It's simply impossible... " He commented.
"Who is he... I have to find him, but in the present." Saying this, his eyes were wide open. He said it firmly and loudly.
He looked exactly like a scientist who had found a new idea for an experiment.
His seriousness made me get goosebumps all over my body.
I turned my head in the opposite direction. I looked at the people around me.
I slowly stood up from the ground, carefully looking at the residents.
Something here is not right.
I grabbed my sword in my hand and sheathed it. Then I walked up to one of the ladies who was standing closest to me and was holding a basket full of apples. Next to her was a man standing on a ladder and laying bricks for a house.
"I'm sorry, I'm an adventurer and I've been to this place before, but I've never seen a village here." I lied.
The woman turned to me.
"Hm? Adventurer? Which guild are you from?" She asked.
"Yhm, sorry. What I meant by my statement was that I don't remember any village here, and could you give me some basic information about it? I'm asking out of pure curiosity. I apologize in advance for interrupting." I got out of it.
"Hmmmm.. I seeee.... Don't worry, it's not a problem. It's rare to find a tourist here." She turned to the man on the ladder and smiled.
"Our ancestors once lived in Alexandria and we thought that these areas were much safer these days. We decided to renew the will of our ancestors and live here."
Alexandria. Hmph.
"An old legend of this village says that only the wisest and bravest lived here. After all, Alexander himself, one of the important scholars, lived here haha..." She laughed lightly as she said it.
"Don't take it so personally. It slipped out of my mind." She said embarrassed.
"Hmph... Interesting."
"We've only started working here a few months ago."
Just a moment ago there was nothing here. Just forest and trees. How was it a few months ago?
"One of the royal knights, Menard, is guarding this area so that we can build in peace. He put up a gate made of magic around the village, thanks to which the Hardy can't break through."
Ethen stood to the side and listened to the entire conversation.
"Thank you very much for the information and your willingness to pass it on to me. I appreciate it."
"It's nothing. I should be the one thanking you for being interested in our humble history. A small, insignificant village, and such a cruel fate had to befall it and its former inhabitants."
I smiled.
I turned to Ethen and waved goodbye to the nice lady.
"We should show this village to Sydia and Laen sometime!" I told Ethen, pleased.
"It was worth coming here." He confirmed.
A man dressed in purple was leaning behind one of the houses.
He stopped leaning and started walking towards the forest.
(this man's thoughts)
This white-haired one...
Am I seeing this correctly? Is that Lytia? What is she doing here so carefree? And on top of that in such clothes and with such amateur equipment.
Hmph...
After his thought, he vanished into thin air.

The world can be divided into "two hemispheres of the same planet". The first is ordinary people living on planets.
And what about the second part?
Some beings in the universe do not have their own place, so they live with people on the same planet. There would be no problem with that, but a being with the power of God among mortals? Fortunately, no one in society knows about "these beings", so they live in peace, and these beings do not reveal their identity. Sometimes, however, this can involve serious problems.
Lytia, woke up in the "forest of the Beasts". She does not remember anything from her adventure so far, but she knows one thing, that she has lost her magic and must regain it. She only remembers the man with white hair who brought her to this place. Why did he decide to leave her completely alone in such a place?
