In Alvin’s office, which is a modern style office with an elegant and modest charm of antique furniture and different kinds of plants, Alvin sits Priscilla down on the couch. Then he walks towards his tea and coffee makers.
“Tea? or coffee?” he asked while preparing him some coffee.
“Coffee please, with two sugars and vanilla cream… if you have that hehe…” says Priscilla while looking around his office, “His office is very comfy and modest.”
Alvin chuckles, “Why wouldn’t I have cream and sugar silly.”
Priscilla folded her arms, “That’s not what I meant.”
“Then what did you mean? Hmm?” Alvin said while sitting the coffee and medicine for her ankle down while sitting.
Priscilla picked up her coffee and mumbled, “It's nothing… Thank you…” while looking away.
Alvin chuckled, “Ok,” then took a sip of his coffee, “Now’ then before we talk about what I called you for… let’s talk about what happened on the staircase.”
“You didn’t see what was on top of the staircase?” Priscilla sat up quickly, while the coffee was still in her hand almost causing it to spill on herself.
Alvin thought, “She needs to be more careful,” and at the same time said, “No, I was looking on my phone and when I looked up, you were falling.”
Priscilla leaned back against the couch, “Ah, I see… Well there was this… black shadow… and then it grew wings and flew at me… it felt like it was trying to take something from me… but it failed…”
“That’s really ominous… I wonder if there’s something out there or someone trying to do something…” Alvin leaned forward and narrowed his eyes.
Priscilla is swirling her coffee while the anxiety of being attacked still lingers in the back of her mind, “I hope not… I just hope it was a one off thing that happened…”
Alvin closed his eye’s thinking, “I don’t know… it seemed like a targeted attack… it may happen again.”
“Alvin… I only hope that if it does… I’ll be able to handle it much better than I did this time… “ she puts her coffee down as her hands begin to shake.
“Priscilla… everything will eventually be alright.” Alvin smiled at Priscilla warmly.
Priscilla was stunned by his smile, “I don’t know how he can be so confident, but his brown hair and gray eyes paired with his warm and gentle smile… brings me confidence and comfort,” she thought while smiling back and saying, “Thank you.”
Alvin was taken aback from how pretty her smile was, “You… are welcome,” then he thought, “I hope nothing else happens to her… but I hope I’m there to help and protect her and her smile,” he leaned forward and narrowed his eyes, “Then let’s get down to why I called you here.”
Priscilla sat up and had a serious look on her face.
“Now I know you also had a realistic battle dream with me and you… including the one we shared on the staircase…” Alvin leaned back and crossed his arms and legs.
“And it’s not only us, I know other people who had the same dream. In fact, I was with them before you called me over," said Priscilla.
This piqued Alvin’s interest, “Oh? What did you guys talk about?”
Priscilla began to explain the theories, discussion, and the shared vision they had and how they went about doing that.
“I see, that would make sense that physically connecting with each other would make you see the same things, compared to only seeing your perspective when you’re in the dream or vision alone,” then Alvin narrowed his eyes, “There’s something mythical going on… and why us? Are those our past lives or what’s to come?”
Priscilla looks down, “I hope it’s our past lives, because if it’s supposed to be a vision of what’s to come… then I think we are screwed.”
“Well, in order to find out…” Alvin leaned forward again, “I guess we’ll all have to come together and do that shared vision thingy.”
Priscilla pulls out her phone, “Great! I’ll add you to our group chat, so we can pick a day to get together.”
Alvin raises his eyebrow and smirks, “You seem excited about this.”
Priscilla looks at Alvin and also smirks, “Well~ it’s because… despite everything… we can finally get to the bottom of this.”
“That’s true, and maybe we’ll get the whole story when we’re together,” Alvin folds his arms and sits back.
“That would be a plus…” Then Priscilla narrowed her eyes, “But, we gotta be in a place with zero distractions, cause my phone ringing is what made us wake up from the shared vision.”
Alvin got up and sat next to her, then he gestured to ask to hold her ankle, “May I?”
“Sure, but what for?” Priscilla lifted her legs to him.
Alvin chuckled, “Did you forget that you got hurt, silly. All while you were here you never applied the medicine I gave you,” then he gently held up her hurt ankle to apply the medicine.
“Ouch! Ooo! That hurts and it’s cold!” Priscilla was squirming around.
“There, all done,” Alvin took out his handkerchief to clean his hands from the medicine, then he said, “We could meet at my villa, it’s in a quiet and reserved area.”
Priscilla was shocked to hear this, “We can use your villa? Are you sure?”
Alvin smiled, “Yes, it’s alright.”
Priscilla grabbed Alvin’s hands, “Thank you so much!”
Alvin was once again taken aback with how pretty Priscilla was, “She’s so fiery, just like the color of her hair, but also so caring which reflects in her purple eyes,” he thought to himself, then he says, “It’s getting late, how about I take you home.”
Priscilla gets very happy, “A free ride? Heck yea!”
