It's been at least 4 months since my parents moved to canada for my dad's job, So i've been living alone i don't mind I insisted on staying behind afterall. Ah! I almost forgot it's friday..I should probably go in-  -ding dong-  Huh? someones at the door. -ding dong- "Ah, I'm coming!" i said shouting as i slid to the door.

 I looked through the peephole it's..seth?! what's he doing here? he hasn't been over for awhile now..this must be important, I open the door quickly. "hi..Tomiko. it's been awhile hasn't it?" he said quietly. As he looked at me with his hazel eyes, I glanced at his fluffy blonde hair. That's the Seth I remember not the one I seen on Tuesday with his wet hair and sad looking eyes with a frown on his face. "yeah, it..has please come in Seth, do you want some..Tea?" i asked. "Uhm..Yeah sure, that's fine."

 he responded back as he sat down on the couch. "So uhm what brings you here?" I asked as i made tea. "you know everyone's worried about you seth..you haven't been yourself..after myomi died." I said. "I have a confession to tell you." he said quietly. I grabbed the tea cups and sat them down and poured the tea. 

"well what is it Mr. Mysterious?" I said tilting my head. "the cop..or w-well chief park. when he uhm..asked for everyone's alibi I heard you were the only one that wasn't brought up by the other's because they weren't with you." He said taking the tea as he drunk it slowly. "Ah! that's right..I Was asleep-"  "i know." he said quickly. "Thats what i told him you were asleep. but tomiko..you need to..lay low for awhile people will think you've killed her I'm the only one who knows you were asleep during Myomi's murder." he said. (Ah! that's why he let me go so quckly because our stories matched!) 

 "well they can just check the camera's." i said. "No they can't. the power was down there's no proof, that it wasn't any of us. my word isn't strong to defend you." "But there's also no proof that it WAS us." I protested back.

"But we were  the only people in that building! Only US!" He snapped.

  "Tomiko I know..that you aren't understanding this..situation that we're in because you were asleep, but tomiko you're in deep water like the rest of us.

 the public or anyone else isn't going to take "I was asleep" you need to understand the cops cannot defend us from the public any longer we need to take action immediantly." he snapped. "what do you mean?" i asked. "we need to solve myomi's murder it's the only way. we can get out of this! before we all go to jail for someone else's crime." he said. 

"I already talked to other's they're in. once we meet them we'll talk about the plan what we've saw that night, and what we've said to the police, and finally what we did that night."  he said. "are you in Tomiko Ishiki?" he asked. I nodded. and just like that it's been settled.
