We all look from the top of the ledge, we see on the field below a herd of deer grazing in the grass, Father looks at us and tells us the plan "Maple you and Mother will chase them from the side Timber you'll chase them from the back Willow you'll be back up Scout you'll stay in front and I'll bring the final blow" we all nod at wait for Fathers signal to attack the heard. Father slowly lurched over to the heard the pack still peacefully eating in the field fully oblivious of what would happen in the coming minutes, father looked back at us and nodded after signaling his cue we all jumped out of bushes, the deer realizing what was happening immediately started to run as mother went to the side maple did the same on the other side as Timber fell back behind the heard to keep them moving while willow moved off to the side ready to chase any deer that tried to stray away back in. Scout and his father ran ahead of all of them so that Scout could keep them from running off and his father came ahead to deliver the final blow once they found the deer they would decide to kill. They chased the deer in their positions for a while waiting to find which deer would fall behind and become their lunch thensuddenly scout saw a deer that started to fall behind it was a young buck that had small antlers scout looked to his dad to see if this was the one and his father nodded back at him he then started to close in on the young buck letting the other deer escape scout did the same so did the rest of the pack eventually they closed in on the deer all the other deer leaving the field mother then pounced on the deer clawing it resisted but once father pounced on it too it gave in and feel to the grass as the deer still squirmed and snorted underneath scouts fathers paws, he leaned close to the deer opened his neck and, crunch.
