A Mysterious Visitor
One day, as Adam and Hannah were busy with product development and expanding distribution, the office door quietly opened. Standing in the doorway, silhouetted against the bright sunlight, was a woman with a neat appearance. Her eyes were deep and warm, yet they carried the same solitude and sorrow that mirrored Adam’s.
“This is my first time here. Adam, I never thought I’d find you again like this.”
Adam stood up in surprise as soon as he heard the voice.
“Eve… Is it really you?”
His voice was filled with disbelief. Eve smiled calmly and took a step closer.
“It must be the Creator’s will. Just like you, I was sent to this world. Perhaps we’ve been given another chance?”
Hannah, who had been listening to their conversation, interrupted with a confused expression.
“Wait a second. Eve? As in the Eve from the Bible? Adam’s… wife?”
Eve nodded as she turned to Hannah.
“Yes, the same Eve who lived with Adam in Eden.”
Hannah was momentarily at a loss for words but quickly composed herself and asked,
“So… are you adjusting to the modern world too? How did you end up here?”
Eve quietly explained how she had wandered aimlessly, not knowing where she was, until she came across the name “Eden Corporation” on the internet.
“The moment I saw the word ‘Eden,’ I knew you’d be here.”
Reunion and Tension
While Adam and Eve’s reunion was emotional, there was a subtle tension in the air. The unresolved pain and guilt of their shared past lingered between them.
“Eve, it may be the Creator’s will that we’ve met again. But I’m not sure how to face our past.”
Eve was silent for a moment before responding gently.
“The past can’t be changed. But if we find a new path in this world, wouldn’t that also be part of the Creator’s plan? What do you think, Adam?”
A shadow of conflict crossed Adam’s face, but he eventually nodded.
“You’re right. What we must do now is build the future. Let’s create a new Eden here.”
Hannah, listening quietly to their conversation, interjected.
“Okay, that’s all very moving, but Eve, are you planning to join this company? We could always use more help.”
Eve smiled and nodded.
“If I can help, I’d be happy to. In the past, I was just by Adam’s side, but now I want to learn and contribute more.”
Eve’s Ideas: A New Direction
Over the next few days, Eve adapted to the company’s systems and the workings of modern society. She brought with her profound insights about the cycles of nature and human life, which inspired a fresh perspective for the business.
“Adam, we can’t just stop at selling drinks. We need to teach people the importance of nature. We need to create something that reconnects them to it.”
Adam nodded in agreement.
“Yes, that’s exactly what I wanted. To plant the seeds of paradise on this land.”
Hannah, deep in thought, added,
“Then how about something like an ‘Eden Garden Project’? Not just drinks, but small gardens where people can experience nature firsthand. Modern people are so disconnected from it, they’d love something like that.”
Adam and Eve were intrigued by the idea. They decided to aim beyond product sales and work toward restoring harmony between nature and humanity in modern society.
The First Conflict
However, Eve’s addition to the team brought unexpected challenges. Adam and Eve began to realize that their methods and perspectives often differed.
“Adam, sometimes you focus too much on perfection. Modern society doesn’t work on ideals alone.”
“Eve, I don’t want to compromise. Our goal isn’t just to make money.”
Their disagreements put Hannah in a difficult position.
“Guys, running a company is a team effort. You can’t make decisions alone. You both need to compromise a little.”
Though they had once shared the same wounds and burdens in Eden, it was clear that adjusting to the challenges of the modern world would take time for both of them.
Closing Scene: A New Team, A New Vision
Eventually, they found a way to align their thoughts and reach a small compromise.
“The Creator must have sent us here to give us another chance at choice and challenge,” Adam said.
“Then let’s build this paradise together, this time without failure,” Eve replied.
With Eve’s addition, Eden Corporation began to move beyond being just a beverage company. The “Eden Garden Project” became their first step in presenting a new vision of paradise to modern society.
Unbeknownst to them, the ruthless nature of capitalism and competition in the modern world was already casting a shadow over their efforts.
“Eve, we’ll soon face more people and greater challenges. Are you ready?”
“If you’re going, I’ll follow. Don’t worry.”
With Adam, Eve, and Hannah leading the way, the journey of Eden Corporation was now truly gaining momentum.
