Episode 12: "Paths Diverged" (With a Shocking Loss)

Scene 1: The Aftermath of Betrayal
The group is still scattered. They’ve begun their own journeys, trying to piece together the truth about the society, but the strain of Leo’s betrayal has left them broken. Mia, still haunted by the idea of bringing Leo back, receives a tip about his location. She decides to confront him, convinced that he can be redeemed. But she doesn’t know that the society has set a trap.

Meanwhile, BigRed, SamSam, and Zii are tracking the same intel, hoping to finally bring down the society for good. They know that reuniting with Leo is inevitable, but it might cost them everything.

Scene 2: The Trap
Mia arrives at a warehouse where she believes Leo is hiding. She’s careful, sneaking in and calling out to him, hoping he’ll respond. But as she walks deeper inside, the tension builds. It feels too quiet.

Mia (whispering to herself):
"Leo? Is it really you?"

Suddenly, she’s surrounded by agents. The trap is sprung. Mia tries to fight back, but there are too many of them. In the chaos, she’s injured badly. Before she can escape, a shot rings out.

Mia (collapsing, weakly, calling out):
"Leo..."

Scene 3: The Last Call
Back at their hideout, BigRed, SamSam, and Zii are making plans to strike. Just as they’re about to leave, BigRed’s phone rings. It’s a message from Mia.

BigRed (answering the phone, panicked):
"Mia? What’s happening? Where are you?"

There’s a moment of silence, followed by the sound of Mia’s voice, weak and strained.

Mia (breathing heavily):
"I found him... I found Leo. But... I... I didn’t... I couldn’t save him. They... they got me. It’s too late."

BigRed (desperate):
"Mia, no! You have to hold on. We’re coming for you. Just hang in there."

Mia (her voice barely audible):
"I tried, BigRed... I tried... but I couldn’t... I couldn’t..."

The line goes silent, and BigRed’s face turns pale with dread.

Scene 4: The Loss
They arrive at the warehouse too late. The agents are gone, but Mia is lying unconscious, blood staining the concrete beneath her. BigRed rushes to her side, but it’s clear that Mia won’t make it.

BigRed (crying, shaking Mia gently):
"No, no, no... Mia, stay with me. Please. You can’t leave us like this."

SamSam and Zii stand at a distance, both devastated by the sight. Zii clenches her fists, clearly struggling to contain her anger.

Zii (eyes burning with fury):
"They killed her... they killed Mia. I won’t forgive them."

SamSam (holding back tears, voice thick with emotion):
"We can’t let this be for nothing. Mia didn’t die just to be forgotten."

Scene 5: The Resolve
As they carry Mia’s body back to a safe place, the group is silent, the weight of her death hanging over them. They know this is no longer just about survival—it’s personal.

BigRed (looking up at the others, her voice steely):
"We’re not just fighting for ourselves anymore. We’re fighting for Mia. For everything she gave us. We’re taking them down. All of them."

SamSam (nodding, with a grim resolve):
"Let’s make sure her death means something. We end this now."

Zii (in a low voice, almost a promise):
"We’ll make them pay."
