On the other hand, you and your new friend Liora decided to spend some quality time at a restaurant in Blue Campanella. The restaurant stood close to Galleria Speranza; the place was known for its great coffee and pizza. You believed it was a weird combination, but why would you care about such trivial matters?
Unlike the giant structures holding together the Galleria, the restaurant had small, bright blue walls extending close to one another, a massive sign at the entrance, and expansive windows taller than you could ever be. Together, you decide to sit on the opposite sides of a booth, which allowed for a great view of the outside.
"Welcome to Ladies Coffee! Might you be inclined to try the 'Shammy'? It's our signature drink, only available for a limited time, of course."
Liora had a distraught look. "My order has always been the same. Black coffee, absolutely no sugary additives or creamy delights. We'd also take a Margherita, thank you."
All you did was stare at Liora; you didn't really know what any of the things she mentioned were. Why on earth would they serve pizza at a coffee shop? You still kept your thoughts to yourself, only making you more curious about this ungodly place.
"Shall we begin? I am known as Liora. I work as an analyst within the nation of Campanella, and my current occupation is taking care of a beautiful lady who appeared in no man's land. A truly romantic story!" Liora smiled as she looked intensely toward you; her eyes continuously sparkled as words came out.
"You speak weird. Anyway, I am Camilla. I guess I lost my parents."
Liora's happiness quickly shattered. "I suppose you really don't remember anything about yourself, huh."
Laughter could be heard just outside; both of you turned at the sight of a couple made up of two women holding hands and spinning around as they enjoyed the subtle beauty of each other. Your thoughts went into negative perspectives such as, "Oh, they'll definitely break up next week."
You looked toward Liora and noticed how lost she seemed; you didn't understand why; you simply stared. "Black coffee for the precocious lady in the dress. And a Shammy for the scholar here."
They called you a scholar! Although we both know you'd probably fail every class in the academy, you really should get some new clothes.
"We did introductions; now what?" At least enjoy your drink; you sound exactly like those kids who ask their parents when they'll arrive every five minutes.
Liora had a taste of her black coffee. "As you've assumed, my intentions for arriving at this place were not in simple chatter but something much more important! There's something that's been bothering me ever since we woke up."
"As we approached this restaurant, I quietly listened to every voice on our path, and not one mentioned a crucial change within Campanella. I'm uncertain if I may have some sort of vision problem, but I've noticed part of the sky change colors."
Liora pointed toward a specific point in the sky, and you noticed it as well! "Purple. Why is it purple?"
"Camilla. It appears as if I'm not the only one who's able to spot the change. I thought I was going insane for a moment; anyway, the sky appears to have changed to a subtle shade of pink in White Campanella as well. But it is only noticeable from a certain spot. As to what this could mean, there is no hypothesis that I could approach at the moment. However, I refuse to accept this as a natural change."
You were beyond confused. When are you not? "You're saying... we do something about that? Because we don't even know what that change in the sky means."
Liora pulled out a letter from seemingly nowhere. "It seems you've received a letter from some unknown person; I didn't think you'd be so popular already!"
The letter did in fact have the name 'Camilla' attached to it. The contents were pretty straightforward: "Colors aren't supposed to be up in the sky as they are now; go fix them. Oh, I almost forgot; this has something to do with your past, I think. I'll give you a little clue: you need to enter Green Campanella and ask about Rowan. I know I'm a very convenient letter, but you'll see there's more to this in the end. I'm a big fan, BTW!"
