Wanderer patted Fallen's shoulder, comforting the sentimental young werewolf: "If we encounter them, so be it!
What's so strange about that? We're at war!"
Fallen bashfully scratched his head and quietly asked, "I was thinking, what will the enemy be like?"
"The enemy... what are they like?" muttering softly, Wanderer's gaze shifted to the surface of the water, fixating on his reflection.
As the ripples spread out, his thoughts began to drift...
It was a New Year's gathering, wasn't it?
I sneakily took a few copper coins from home and, with Blazing, secretly ran to the town to buy candy,
where we witnessed a speech by the temple priests.
"The people of the Divine Alliance are all evil! From head to toe, there is not a single part of them that is clean!"
"They worship the wicked gods, gather the most evil part of the continent's minorities, and continuously wage war against us!"
A temple priest dressed in black stood in the town square, preaching loudly.
Young Wanderer and Blazing, biting their fingers, mingled in the crowd,
their little faces full of anger towards the divine beings: "They attempt to
occupy the fertile lands of our Demon Alliance, enslave our families, and most infuriatingly,
these filthy barbarians even dare to harm the great Demon Race!"
"Unforgivable!"
"Kill them!"
The crowd watching was in an uproar, with clenched fists waving in the air.
Among the spectacular shouts, many young children's voices were also mixed in.
"Our glorious army has defeated them twice in the great wars!" The black-robed priest's face showed an expression of immense pride:

The priest spoke eloquently, and countless robust voices echoed in agreement,
with several young hearts captivated by the fervor of the atmosphere.
It was at this New Year's gathering that Wanderer and Blazing decided on the path they would take in the future...
