Chapter 20: Two sides of the same coin
Diz finds a trail of angel wings scattered on certain planets, almost like a flight pattern. He leaves Min and Benji back in his realm in case. He wonders if the planet the angel known as Judah should be arriving. He waits, picking up on every small sound and noise. He hears chirps of birds, yet, he can’t see them. He changes his position as a flock of perfectly white doves flood out from a tree towards him.
He runs from the birds with all their feathers covering him. He sees a bright white light appear from the sky behind all the doves. He can’t run away now, or return to his realm. Who knows when the next time he’ll be able to fight Judah will be.
He summons his shepherd crook, the crook being a dark wood and few gold aspects. He stances hearing a silky yet harsh voice.
“ You, the Cannibal celestial!” Yells Judah appearing from the doves.
“ And you must be Judah?” Diz assumes correctly.
“ Indeed, I’m Judah the Holy. You shall be under trial for your sins” she yells commandingly as he rolls his eyes. He takes his crook swinging it as she dodges. She swings her spear. He backs up using his crook to redirect it as he punches her sides, slightly shattering her side armor. They continue to fight, exchanging blows somehow both equal in their respective sides.
He scoops her with his crook as he reaches his hand to tear out her core. She grips her spear accidentally looking into Dizs eyes. The eyes of an archery board, his pupil beating red like it had its own pulse.
She jabs at him, as he misses his aim accidentally tearing down her mask. She grabs it quickly, still in stance, swinging once more barely grazing, touching him as he makes a gap in space. She raises her spear.
“ Dear Heavenly Father, your word shall be final. Make your judgment known “ she says a large yellow pentagram glowing underneath Diz. He tried to get away as the writing reached up like sentient arms gripping him to the ground. The arms grow and more appearing , they shallow him up into the gram until he’s completely covered in the golden arms.
He struggles, his yells muffled into the ground. Judah raises her spear, not to kill him. But to tease him, the great cannibal god now below the feet of an angel. She summons a golden yellow scroll.
“ You are in violation of God's rule. You have one week before the trial of your death.” She raises her hand , lifting up his arm as she places a bracelet on his wrist.
“ you are now not allowed to commit any crimes therefore, you shall try to justify your actions while being held accountable.” She says as he grumbles;
“ why must you get in my way”
“ why? Well because you, my little friend, are an intergalactic tyrant. I am an angel who’s job is to take down these “ tyrant “. You are a sore thumb Diz. You have your fun but now, you will face consequences, the consequences of killing all of those celestials” she declares.
“ We aren’t that different, all I wish to do is take down all the celestials. Well the corrupted, who are you to say that I can’t while you do the same? Is it because I’m not one of you?” He snarls.
“ Don’t talk to me about double standards. Since your plan is to kill them all, wouldn’t that count you as well? Where are you planning to kill youself after your “plan”” she questions her voice as stern as a lieutenant as Diz stays silent.
“ Nonetheless , like I’ve said, you have a week to gather yourself. You cannot escape or run away from your trail Diz. The bracelet will make sure of that” she says before lowering her spear before the hands leave into the ground. She flies away, him now laying flat on the ground. His veil lifted away, his face half showing. A peak of a dark purple-grey skinned man with odd eyes on an archery board. He lifts his arm up weakly, the bracelet almost engraving into his skin. Spreading as if it was liquid in his arm making a sort of scripture.
“ How wonderful!” he grumbles, flipping his head back onto the ground.
